Reviews of Park Hotel Pruhonice 3 stars

Great location with easy access. Very good for passing by travelers. Restaurant in the hotel was closed but there are few dining options in walking distance. We were amazed by the park located in the area. Entrance is in 5 min walking distance from the hotel. Deserve seeing. We will definitely consider staying here again on next occasions.

Location is good, cozy area with everything you need nearby. Bathroom was clean. We could have our dog with us. Size of the room is also decent, there's a closet, desk, chairs, minibar, safe. Breakfast was included in the price, and was nice - you can sit both inside the restaurant and outside on the terrace. There's free parking right across the hotel, but we payed for a gated parking also right across the hotel, where there's cameras and no access to the public - pretty nice so you don't have to carry all the stuff out of the car.

The room is entirely covered in carpet, which was not vacuumed before our stay. Definitely not the best solution for a dog-allowed room - carpetless, washable floors would be much better. The furniture is very shabby, but I guess that's to be expected for the price. The room could use a deep cleaning. However, the bathroom, toiletries, towels and bed sheets were clean.

The rooms can be a tad hot in Sommer days

We arrived at 2 AM and were met at reception. We had a parking space pre-booked for us. On the positive side: the hotel corresponded with us before our arrival and the staff's attitude was very nice. But there are problems with cleanliness and carelessness regarding food. The breakfast area also looked superficially cleaned - you could feel the age of the items and that the cleaning was done hastily.

The breakfast was poor. The omelet and everything else had an unpleasant smell - not spoiled, but carelessly prepared with products that weren't fresh. The same impression applied to everything else. The room had old furniture but looked tidy. I must note that the room was cleaned, but very superficially. When I tried to open the window, there was so much dirt and dust - they hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. The cleanliness was not up to standard, everything was very superficial, so staying there wasn't very comfortable.

The location is good, close to the park and restaurants nerby. The room was big enough.

The best hotel era is far far away and to look modest, it requires reconstruction (which I am afraid they will not do). We came with a toy poodle so they put us to "dog room" and you pay for it. That room was not hoovered or cleaned properly. There was fur from some other dog on the floor (our dog does not shed) and some food on the floor as well.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly and accommodating personnel, and a fantastic location (the large park is only a short stroll away, while Prague is 20 minutes away by car).

We had a large terrace outside the room, which was great, however it was dull and could have used some plants because it was quite hot and facing the busy main street. Air conditioning would also be beneficial because the room was hot.

This is a great 3 star hotel in a nice location. We only stayed one night as it was en route to elsewhere. 40 minutes drive from the airport. I chose this hotel as it was close to the aqua palace, which is amazing for the kids and the grandparents could explore the park at the same time, which they loved. Hotel is clean with a nice bar and breakfast included. Triple rooms were fine and great for a party of 6 of us. Nice Italian restaurant just across the road and immediate town is also pleasant. Not too difficult to get into Prague I would also imagine.

Room was a kind of OK. Breakfast average, nothing special but acceptable. Location close to highway. Very good Italian restaurant just opposite to the hotel. Also a traditional Czech one Babiccina zahrada recommended by Gault&Millau 15min walking distance. Very good and kind service there.
