The service stood out: everyone I met was warm, helpful, and impressively proactive—any special request was handled immediately and without questions. A highlight for me was breakfast. Even though vegan options weren’t listed, the team happily prepared a tasty hot, purely plant-based meal, which I really appreciated. Small touches like this made me feel truly looked after. Overall, a relaxing, welcoming place with excellent service and a beautiful setting. I’d happily return and recommend it—especially to travellers with dietary preferences who value staff who go the extra mile.

Czech RepublicThe maids could pay more attention to the signs that say we WANT the room cleaned/not to be disturbed. Because sometimes we would be in the room and other times we would leave for several hours and still they would not clean the room during that time.
The hotel is probably the most pleasant I have experienced so far. Lots of little things that annoyed elsewhere work here. The beds don't sag, they have them pulled down and are comfortable. The shower is oversized and such that it can't even leak anywhere. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a hairdryer. Entrance to the hotel garden instead of the loggia on the ground floor. On the whole still reasonable architecture for a small town. Pool and spa in the opposite building included in the price. Pool pleasantly warm, easy to manage booking in advance, from reception and over the phone. Shortcut to pool and parking through back exit. Good and healthy breakfast. Very good quality restaurant.

Czech RepublicThe beds were very narrow. The breakfast very disappointing for a 4* hotel - very basic selection, cheese, ham, 1 type of eggs, cheap cereal, nothing fancy, and from 9ish the foods didn't seem to get replaced when gone.
Very pretty hotel with a nice restaurant. We especially liked that you could walk onto grass right from the room. The room was very big, TV with Netflix was nice in the evening. We enjoyed the spa included in the stay (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi).

Very new place, very lovely location. Very comfortable room. Nice swimming pool and sauna. We even enjoyed a nice walk along the river. It would be nice next time to rent the electric bike from the hotel and explore more.

United KingdomWe stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and one thing we thought the hotel could have done better on, was the choices of breakfast. The breakfast was nice, but it would have been great if there was a change in different options over the course of the week, so guests could try something different both hot and cold when staying for more than a few days. Finally, the wellness experience for us wasn’t so great, the facilities were too small especially the whirlpool area. We found out from staff that as people from the public are allowed to use the facilities aswell as the hotel. There were times when we had to sit and wait to use the whirlpool as it could only fit 3-4 people max. and it was busy. I think it would have been also beneficial for hotel users to have signage around the wellness facilities in English not just Czech language, especially with changing rooms layouts and notices on what is allowed and what isn’t allowed in the wellness facilities.
The room was clean the shower was powerful and always had hot water. The mattresses on the beds were really comfortable. Location was perfect for what we needed and was located in a quiet area of town. The restaurant for food was delicious and of excellent standard and quality.
