Honestly, there wasn’t much to complain about. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

We absolutely loved how spotless and well-maintained the entire property was. The design of the apartments is modern yet cozy, with great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The price was very fair for the level of service and facilities provided, and the spa was a real highlight—beautiful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after a long day.

A washing machine would be helpful to travellers who come from farther away.

The apartments are located in one of the most beautiful areas of the resort and the view from the balcony was wonderful. Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a very modern design and a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the large variety of TV channels, both local and international ones. Each apartment had a parking spot in the underground garage and the staff gladly helped us with every question or request.

Firm beds Loud kids in the Wellness area

The hotel is only three years old, and it's beautifully done. We really appreciated the design and choice of materials -everything felt warm and cosy from the moment we walked in. The owners are very welcoming and helpful, and we never felt like we were bothering them, which made for a relaxed stay. There's a dedicated parking space for each apartment, which is definitely a plus. The apartments themselves are spacious and spotless. We personally found the beds a bit too firm for our liking - but that's very subjective, and we know many people prefer firmer mattresses. Hot water and water pressure were both excellent, which we always appreciate. The kitchen was well-equipped: pots, pans, glasses, cups, and even a Nespresso machine for capsule coffee. One small downside for us was the location of our room — on the bottom floor at the back of the hotel. There was no view, just a steep hill and a pathway right in front of our windows. That said, we did have a lovely terrace with morning sun, which was a big plus. If a mountain view is important to you, it might be worth contacting the owners in advance to request it. (We did get a great price for our apartment, so we’re definitely not complaining.) The wellness area exceeded our expectations for a smaller aparthotel — very spacious with a fantastic whirlpool, two saunas, a steam room, and a small plunge pool. The only downside was the opening hours (15:00–21:00); we would’ve loved to use it in the mornings, especially when it was raining. Also, children are allowed, so it can get noisy — but we were lucky and had the space to ourselves for a while. Breakfast was excellent: freshly prepared eggs, good coffee (Nespresso again), and even a bit of prosecco to start the day with a holiday vibe. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this aparthotel!

Everything about this apartment is 10/10. Perfect location. Attitude to guests and service is ideal. Free garage parking. The apartment itself is very comfortable and stylish. Access to wellness zone was also great. Highly recommend.

The reason I am giving 9 instead of 10 is because maintenance / cleaning team came into the apartment in the late afternoon (around 4pm) as they had left some dishes in the dishwasher from another room. They just walked in while I was in my underwear in the bathroom and my wife was putting our 6m old to sleep (I am sure they knocked but we didn’t hear them). It felt a bit intrusive hence the markdown of a point.

One of the best accommodations I stayed at in my life. Apartment is new, fully furnished, clean. Beds are extraordinary comfortable, view from the terrace is perfect, each apartment has a designated parking space. Wellness center had three saunas, jacuzzi and a cooldown pool. We booked breakfast (it's not included in the price) and it was just amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

we were with our grandchildren who are 6,10 years old. it was inappropriate for them to see naked people on the way to the jacuzzi while it is written that the jacuzzi is a bathing suit area.

No chairs or table on porch . It's a shame there's no fan in the hot summer nights.
