We were there for one night, so cannot judge the room services. Maybe less car-occupied entrance to the resort. And also the wellness centre was not operational at the time we were there, and that was not communicated while booking. So we were a bit disappointed that we booked "wellness resort" and there was no wellness.

The surroundings are great. Woods and hills and many possible walk trails. All the services were perfect. especially the breakfast way ahead of expectations. Access to swimming pool, ping-pong table etc. as an bonus.

The lake didn't look very clean to take a bath but not the hotels fault (I hope).

We had such a nice stay here. Perfect for kids with the nice kids room and animation outside. The kids had so much fun. The hotel is directly at the lake and invites guests for a nice walk. The camp right next to the hotel is very convenient to buy a cheap beer or food and to visit their playgrounds. The hotel provides small give aways that are useful even months after. The mascot of the hotel came to visit the kids at breakfast which by the way was wonderful.

Orea hotels have generally very soft mattresses and this one was no exception. There is no option to customize that in any way. If you require hard mattress, you'll likely find it quite uncomfortable and experience back pain and stiff neck. Wellness zone is currently being reconstructed and ETA is unknown. Check before booking if it matters. Swimming pool is old and basic. Rooms are rather small, but it only matters if you need a cot or spend much time in the room.

Our (classic) room had a nice view of a pond, it was quiet and had everything important. Orea hotels never disappoint, they always go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. In this case, food was good (sometimes even amazing, but generally at least ok) although in Sklar or Santon I liked the breakfasts better. Where as in other hotels it is forbidden to take any food away, Orea gives you snack bags to grab what you like at breakfast. For days full of trips (which you want to do, given the location and beautiful nature around) this is very practical. Batista prepares great coffee, you can sit at the terrace and staff manages even busy days and hours well. You will enjoy the stay even more if you're coming with kids as there are countless ways they are prepared for them.

Beautiful view from the window to the lake next to the hotel. Exquisite frog choir in the evening. Friendly staff. Special room for bicycle parking. Lot of small things that will make your stay very comfortable and even luxuries. High quality hygiene products. Generous breakfast. Unattainable level of comfort just for 46 EUR for 2 guests with breakfast. We would really like to stay longer, but unfortunately we have to leave.

Not easy to reach the hotel, roads are not in good shape, few road closures. As mentioned above, lake is nice, but not clear water, would not recomend for babies, definitelly take shower afterwards. Dinnertime is restaurant quite busy, sometimes it was difficult to get waiter attendance to get your order.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff, lake by the door, good service during breakfast. Charming surrounding area, lot of walking options. Swimming in the lake, even if lake is not really crystal clear.

There were quite a few children, making it a bit more lively in the dining area than I care for. There is a separate bar that was quieter.

The staff was friendly and service terrific. The buffet had a lot of choices, and the breakfast good. I enjoyed the pool, it was warm, clean and spacious. The grounds and the view of the lake are excellent, located right on the lake shore in a quiet and peaceful area.

The rooms were ok, the rest of the hotel seemed very 1990's, some staff had no idea about customer service and the restaurant closed at 8:30 which is madness. Breakfast was overcrowded, bland, no coffee machine as you had to order this at the bar.
