My favourite place to stay at Olomouc, exceptionally helpful staff, always there to help you with whatever you might need. I would like to especially thank to Lucia at front desk, she goes above and deliver really welcoming atmosphere. A big bonus is a car charger on site with very reasonable pricing.

Excellent stay with three friends. We arrived on motorbikes; there was free parking for everyone. Friendly staff. Very nice, clean room, beautiful wellness facilities, and a rich and tasty breakfast.

The receptionist was highly attentive to details and ensured all our requests were met promptly. The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was smooth. What truly sets this NH Collection property apart from other NH hotels is the exceptional buffet breakfast, which goes beyond the usual offerings. It even includes refreshing frizzante (for Mimosa) and they also served Virgin Bloody Mary, maybe vodka is available if I asked.

Amazing hotel where you truly feel like royalty. Everything was thought through from A to Z – the room had everything we could possibly need, the bed was huge and very comfortable, the staff were super helpful, and the breakfast was hearty and delicious. I’d gladly come back and stay even longer next time!

The location was near the stadium, so a bit far from town, 20 min walk. Tram stop not very close, but there is a nearby bus stop. I thought the price was high when I booked, for rural Czech Republic. But there was a major championship football/soccer game that night. So maybe rates are better at other times

The lobby was beautiful, great first impression. The room was equally beautiful, with a nespresso coffee machine. Towels were big, soft and fluffy. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were not small and flat. The breakfast was superb!

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable and quiet rooms. Immaculately clean with everything you need for your stay. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming and the breakfast was superb. Ample parking for our large van also. Faultless really.
