Bathroom super small, cannot be fully covered (some glass part is covered by see through curtain), sink outside of bathroom with no door, fire alarm went off in the late evening so needed to run down with my 3 year old who got completely traumatized by the event. We were on top floor and was hard running down the stairs. Luckily they had a free room on first floor and agreed for us to spend the night there after the event. My child didn’t want to eat during breakfast so I asked if we can pack up a meal for her for later, the staff made some unpleasant faces but then agreed. Scramble egg had dark spots and lots of liquid at the bottom. There was a white noise constantly in the room (like some machine is working). Not a real disruption but can be annoying for sensitive people. Key to room didn’t work twice, needed to go down to fix it.

Gym is amazing, best you will ever get in any hotel. Supplements factory shop perfect and prices mega competitive. If you are into fitness this hotel is a must go !!!

It is a glorious hotel! The room is very big and with high sealing. A lot of air. Fantastic showers! Beautiful interior inside the room and in public areas. There is enough space to walk the dogs, and dogs are very welcome. The air-conditioner in the room is well placed (not to the front door or on the bed) and cools the room very evenly. Superb breakfast! There is no fee for parking. Amazing bed!

Noise coming from the adjacent rooms/doors/gym very early in the morning (5:30-6:30AM) Mattress is too soft (personal preference)

Little bit high dogfee as there was nothing included for dogs. There is no chair in the room, so if you need to work with computer there is no where to sit behind the desk.

Simply WOW! Easy to find - behind industrial area, calm area. Room was beautiful and unique, AC worked well, had superb nightsleep in conformable bed. Breakfast area was amazing and with with a large selection of dishes. Parking free of change in front of the hotel. Dogfriendly (dogfee 30 eur per dog) and possibility to walk dogs in the field. Wish I had more time to spend there and injury also the restaurant and spa.

Just to let you know that the location is a bit unexpected and peculiar - in an industrial park. Not in the center of Olomouc. We were by car and it didn't bother us. The view from the room and the gym is again unexpectedly very beautiful, with a wide view of nature and fields.

Very comfortable, cozy, clean small hotel. The rooms are really comfortable and modernly furnished. The room has bathrobes and everything you need (e.g. Rituals products). A large and well-equipped gym. Delicious breakfast. Helpful staff. Liked everything. we have stayed before and will definitely come again in the future.

Location - it´s a bit off the city at the edge of an industrial park (practically only reacheable by a car or a small helicopter (yes, there is a small landing area in front of the hotel) - but the views are nice and the location is quiet

The basin was outside the bathroom and you could see through to the toilet and shower from the room. There was no privacy or room to dry yourself after a shower as the toilet was too small an area to dry in. The hotel was out in an industrial area far away from the old town

The room was very modern and clean. Had all the facilities needed. the breakfast was plentiful.

When you check in, you will get a 10% discount coupon to the their restaurant, but the waitress didn't accept ours at the end, so not sure what's the point of giving it.

Wonderful breakfast, professional gym, comfortable and modern room equipped with everything you need. Deliscious dishes in the restaurant.
