Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIn the end this place was great. At first severely disappointed the pool and gym were out of action. We didn’t think to check the page after booking for changes so didn’t know the pool was closed but the staff and manager were very helpful and supportive. It was very clean and pretty quiet. Breakfast was well maintained. Not much for the kids to do but they are undergoing some improvement works so I appreciate that everything was upside down.

United KingdomThe changing room tiles in swimming pool were a death trap…..I slipped twice. Matts are essential. Room v v warm…..window open all time . I went online housekeeping to ask for extra pillows …..none supplied. No extractor fan in toilet or shower room …..v v warm. Shower mat needed v v slippy. On arrival staff not welcoming to Novotel and not very happy. Didn’t tell us how to use lift or where room was. A smile would be nice from ALL staff.

AustriaUnfortunately when I was checking in the hotel, there was a problem that was ultra customer unfriendly. I book a triple room for 3 people ( family trip) when in the reception I have been told that the reservation is only for 1 person. I showed them the booking reservation and ask why would I book a triple room for 1 person but it was not accepted by the reception and therefore I had to pay extra fee. The reception staff was helpful but again I couldn’t really understand why would such a problem occur.
This property has been a good location for our family trip. The room was very spacious and clean, and they had an excellent breakfast just like any other novotel I have been too.

The location of the hotel is not that bad. It’s pretty close to restaurants and grocery stores. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious!

United KingdomWe arrived early and were told our room would be ready at 3 came back about 330 and room still not ready although we were given a different room straight away so no harm done . It is not directly on wensceslass square it’s a 5 min walk away which is uphill.
Clean hotel with lovely bar area . Nice pool and gym. Rooms spacious and clean Great selection for breakfast the pancakes and waffles were a hit as were the fresh omelet station

ThailandThe newly renovated rooms had neither desk nor wardrobe. Therefore, we chose the old rooms which were not old at all. Sometimes I am wondering how incompetent someone must be to design a hotel room without a wardrobe. If you intend to stay for more than just 1 or 2 days you absolutely have to avoid the newly decorated rooms.

PolandWe were based on the third floor, definitely before refurbishment because carpets were old and dirty. On the first floor carpets were new and clean which was much more nicer.
Very good breakfast, nice swimming pool, perfect location and helpful staff. Also early check-in without additional fee, which was very nice.
