Great location, spacious and tidy rooms.

* The breakfast was fine because of big choice and because it was possible to find something healthy. (Only missing some fruit). * The room & bathroom was fine. * The matrace of the bed was fine. * The price was OK.

* Male receptionist at arrival was no good first impression of the place. He was unfriendly, as he did not say himself a single word. Besides he was dressed not well & he had dirty finger nails. * Low standard of maintenance inside (f.ex. at side of stairs) and in the parking yard (light blinking. Entrance door of room not even). * Low standard of design / decoration. (F.ex. some christmas decoration still hanging, some plants are "looking very sad".) * No English or German TV-channels. * Very noisy because of the traffic. Not possible to open the window in the room.

Good value

The location is unbeatable. Petrol station, highway access and shops are nearby. Prague is only about 20 minutes drive away even with traffic. The room was clean, comfortable. I stayed here a few times, always the same quality. For the price is great value. I only needed to sleep there to be able to get to Prague early morning. For that purpose it was perfect. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good.

I found the light switches arrangement a bit odd. There is no air-conditioning, however I didn't need it for my staying.

The only positive was that the room was surprisingly quiet despite being next to a busy road.

One of the two nights was completely ruined by an unbearable sewage-like odor coming from outside, which made it impossible to get any sleep. What made the situation worse was the staff’s response. Rather than showing empathy or offering help, they responded with arrogance, passive aggression, and outright denial—both from the receptionist and later from the hotel owner, who contacted us by phone the following day. It quickly became clear from their reactions that they were aware of the recurring issue and its source, yet deliberately choose not to inform guests. The owner also refused to offer compensation for the night we couldn’t use, even though we checked out early to avoid going through the same experience again. To make matters worse, we still haven’t received the tax invoice that was promised as part of the booking.

It was comfortable, and had the facilities we needed as a group. We did find some areas to walk for exercise. The staff were very helpful.

Unfortunately it was on a busy road and would have preferred being nearer to the city centre Limited footpaths to get to shops or walks.

Very nice place and lovely stuff. We made a lace workshop here and got all the help needed. Delicious meals and plenty of coffee. See you next year in the same room no 2.🤩

Big rooms, tasty dinner

Noisy as the road is just nearby

Clean, close to the highway and the personal. The young lady at the reception was amazing. Polite, helpful and really lovely.

Maybe the windows could be more soundproofed and windproofed. But surely this is a matter of a habit, because I am the one who doesn't like when it is blowing when sleeping.

Very weak internet/ no signal in room

Decent accommodation with private parking, close to Prague. Room was clean and had enough space. Good value for money.

Breakfast is below averege. But I don't think you will find better at this price.
