Guests are welcome to book their room either with or without breakfast, and if you choose a room without breakfast, it can still be added at any time during your stay. We always try to remain as flexible as possible, to accommodate our guests' needs and preferences. As for the flooring, thank you for your comment. Our rooms do not have full carpeting, as we believe this is a better choice for cleanliness and comfort — it allows us to clean the floors thoroughly before each guest arrives, ensuring a fresh and hygienic environment. The large rug is added for extra warmth and coziness while still keeping the space easy to maintain. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we truly hope to welcome you back again soon. Regarding housekeeping, our team services each floor daily, but if a "Do Not Disturb" sign is placed on the door, they will respect your privacy and not enter — this may have been the case during your stay. The room you booked does not include a minibar, as noted during the booking process. However, we do offer minibars in select room types such as suites and balcony rooms, and we’d be happy to assist you in selecting a more suitable option for any future visit. We regret to hear that the sweet breakfast selection felt limited. We offer a wide variety of options from different countries, and we’re always working to improve based on guest suggestions. As for parking, we do offer parking spaces at the hotel, which is noted on all booking sites. We did not receive a request from you prior to arrival, and unfortunately, due to high demand, availability cannot be guaranteed without advance notice. Street parking in Prague is managed by the city and, as in many capitals, can be costly. The room you selected is one of our standard types without air conditioning, which is clearly indicated online. Should you prefer a room with climate control, our team will be glad to assist with that for a future stay.
