First we were offered a room smaller than we booked, after being requested to change it, personnel offered a proper one. But there was a mildew on a ceiling.

The hotel is simply wonderful! The staff is amazing and very helpful. The location is perfect – close to everything. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, varied, and so unique compared to the typical European style. Truly a 10/10! Thank you for everything, and I’m sure we’ll be back🙏🙏🙏

Great location. Great reception staff. Breakfast was really good, and it's usually included in the room rate. Room itself felt a little musty. I think the AC filters also need to be checked. Sheets and pillow covers seemed slightly worn out but clean. Wouldn't recommend for older folk or anyone with back and mobility issues due to the way the bath tub+ shower is placed. Perhaps something to do with the height and positioning of the tub but not sure(my height is 5ft 9 inches for reference). Seemed quite risky getting in and out of it.. I'm not sure if this is the case with all rooms, though. We stayed in a base level room. Other than that, we had an overall good experience.

Great location for exploring, supermarkets close and fabulous breakfast with delicious array of options and excellent happy hour cocktail. Great for long weekend or few days getaway to beautiful Prague.

Sadly our TV took a while to get the channels fixed, but eventually it got done. No big deal though.

The room was spacious and super clean. I appreciated the two sizes of pillow, the small flat one was perfect to sleep on. The breakfast buffet was incredible and enjoyed it every day. The location is perfect, right in the centre, but still reachable by car / taxi. I was very happy with my choice and recommend it to anyone who wants a clean and comfy stay.

The bed had sunk into a little hole in some places, maybe it was a little too soft. We still slept well. The drinking glasses in the toilet and in the room were not washed once during our 4-day stay, this is a big minus. Towels, not even hand towels, were not changed once. We didn't leave them on the floor, but in a hotel of this quality it should have been automatically part of the service.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Tram stop and metro station just around the corner. The hotel is very quiet, we slept really well for 4 nights. The breakfast was really good and there were many different options. The coffee was also delicious. An additional plus was the 1L bottle of water provided in the room daily, and a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival was a nice touch. The air conditioning was efficient and worked well.

Room lacked body wash - cleaning of room was sporadic and not thorough enough for me. Info says vegetarian breakfast but there wasn’t really anything any different. Just the same as the other breakfasts - when I asked, I was pointed towards the fried eggs, mushrooms and bread.

Location - fantastic to explore Old Town Bar was comfortable Rooms were large with comfy beds

Room was a tad smaller than I expected. Not much in the way of room service.

Well appointed hotel in the heart of Prague. Walking distance to all the sights and attracrions. Located around the corner from shopping malls, tram stops and restaurants. Loved the onsite Beerspa - definitely a unique experience!
