Room had no window that could be opened only roof-windows. Heating could not be regulated.

A cosy small hotel in the center of Louny. Stayed there before a couple of years ago, and it remains a good place to stay. Quiet on a night, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, friendly staff. Selection at breakfast quite reasonable, and they offer to cook eggs and bacon too if desired.

Barhroom doors with a glass in the middle, lacking a bit of privacy, but it is still ok.

Better shower systém.

Beautiful old historical hotel and town Louny. Great location near Panensky tynec and very old manhir. Great food at the restaurant. Very clean. Easy to find near the main road. Safe place.

Soundproofing. We stayed on a national holiday and there was merrymaking outside until 2:30 am. To be fair, the second night all was quiet and we slept well.

Compared to my first stay, I unfortunately noticed things that were there back then but are no longer there. Maybe I noticed things about the cleanliness but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. Maybe the chambermaid was stressed or not having such a good day. The breakfast, however, was actually much more limited in its offering. It wasn't bad but just "good", not "very good" like before. At one point there were even bicycles in the breakfast room, so that it had the feel of an anniversary of the bicycle workshop.

After a surprisingly good stay, I came back. I found a parking space in the neighboring residential area without any problems. A walk through the old city gate and you were there. Check-in took place as usual in the associated restaurant and was very quick. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was on the top floor, spacious and spared from street noise. The food in the restaurant tasted very good and is definitely worth recommending.

I got the top most room and it was very hot throughout the night, to remediate there is a fan in the room. This might be a problem with the specific room.

The Hotel is in a very good location, the staff/owners are very nice and helpful, the breakfast is excellent, they even make you an omelette if you wish.

I can't think of a single thing. I wish we had time to try the lunch at the attached restaurant because it looked very good.

We had a lovely, well appointed, large, very comfortable room. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was delicious. The proprietor is friendly and accommodating. We paid extra to park our rental car a short distance from the hotel.

The smell from the kitchen on a floors and breakfast room, this should be taken in consideration and do renovation of the air hood in the kitchen.

It was our second stay here and we would definetely come back. They have a great restaurant too ;)

Reception was not available all day long. Everything closes at 8:00 and Saturday night the hotel restaurant was closed.
