A hidden gem. Lovely location in the Old Town of Prague. A few steps and you are on Charles Bridge or in Kampa Park.

The biggest minus is no air con - when we was in Prague it was 36°. One miinor fault which can be fixed easily: Fan, which we had in our room, was broken. To keep fan face up, we had to put something between fan and stand as it was kept falling down (room 13). Personally I think there should be cutlery and plates available in a room. We had 7 hrs journey home so wanted to make some sandwiches. There are only little spoons available in room so it wasn't easy to cut bread bun in half.

Great location and size of the room. It's pretty much like an apartment. Big and comfortable bed. Nice welcome suprise :) Coffee machine, sugar and coffee pods available. Enough space for everything really. I've asked if we could check in an hour earlier, and there was no problem :) we had a room directly above pub but honestly with closed windows we didn't hear noise. There is also safe available in a room.

No A/C in the summer but this is to be expected, however very good fans provided with window and balcony ventilation in our apartment.

Absolutely best location in Prague in my experience which is on the castle side of the river within 100 m or so of the Charles Bridge. For a busier area with a bar below was remarkably quiet at night. Stroll the bridge and be back to you room within 2 minutes. Decor was very delightful.

The window in the main room door was sea thru and light was coming in fron the hallways. Also, major construction of the sidewalks, super noisy. The pub below was loud, looooots of people under our windows. I guess it cones w the territory. Loved the appartment, location, and amenities though

Being on top of noisy bar and restaurant is problematic, despite good efforts (eg. double windows) to reduce level of noise in the room. Strangely, the noise was more bothersome in the morning with the moving of furniture and cleaning, whereas in the night we did not have trouble sleeping

It was little bit warm and due to natural location and tourists around, possibility to open window was quite struggle and from opposite side where to room is located was a bit odour from restaurant down bellow. But for couple of nights stay it was more than excellent.

Property was exceptionally clean and absolutely stunning. I was for the very first time actually happy and I must say we get a great deal on price too. Cleaning service was on daily basis and once we left for breakfast and we came back room was cleaned, bed was made and new towels was provide, everything was tidy up and tucked up. I was very pleasantly surprised . Bed and mattress was very comfortable, room was a bit warm but provides with fan which does the job. Overall experience was brilliant.

Everything was perfect

The building itself is beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious. It’s tucked away from the crowds, yet convenient to all the historical sites. Surprisingly quiet, even with the restaurant downstairs. Which, by the way, is fabulous! Great food, service, ambience.

No AC Please let the fridge breathe. It needs the door to stay open or to put out of this capboard. When the door is closed the fridge works too hard and it's boiling hot inside the capboard.

Little loud but you can close windows. There’s no lobby or staff on site. Just be prepared.
