Everything was perfect about this place. Delightful staff, spotlessly clean, awesome historic building, amazing location and views, fridge in room, fast WiFi , bath, easy parking, delicious evening meal, fabulous breakfast.

The only complaint we have is that the room walls seem to be thin, and you can often hear what your neighbors are doing... Which might not be the most pleasant experience if you are trying to relax or sleep.

We loved our stay at the Liberec Hills, our triple room was quite spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed, a coffee table, a sofa, and an office table too. We loved the coffee pod machine and the free tea bags, that was indeed a small unexpected bonus! Likewise, we also loved the charging station, allowing several electronics to be charged at the same time. The location is fantastic, at the top of a hill, very peaceful with a decent view and even four farm animals in a small pen, adding charm to the renovated castle. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with everything you might like, from eggs, to sausages, fruits, vegetables, bread, yogurts, cereals, and more. Moreover, you can leave and enter this hotel at any time, as the back door has an electric lock matching the room keys, that's also very convenient. Lastly, the staff was friendly and everyone spoke English with us. This place really surpassed our expectations!

This hotel has a very unique placement at the top of a hill, among trees and rocks, so the views are great. Several trails run around it, one leading to the zoo. It was very quiet and peaceful during the night, beds were comfortable and I slept well. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. The stuff was very helpful and welcoming, and even though we didn't speak common language, everything was explained to me with a smile. I didn't get the chance to use the terrace because of the weather, but it seems really pleasant to lounge in the sun.

Fantastic breakfast - everyone, including young kids found sth delicious. The staff didn’t speak English, although it wasn’t big issue as we could find solution to all problems.

This property is beautifully renovated in a quiet forest environment with outside deck looking over forest and large animal area. Building reminds you a castle living. staff is very friendly. Mr. Matej at reception is extremely helpful and skill d in many languages.

Our car was not able to make it to the hotel because of the amount of snow, however, the staff picked us up and the car stayed safely at a walkable distance.

Beautiful place, the hotel and the surrounding is fantastic. You can take a hiking route directly from the doorstep. The room was comfy and renovated with care. Tea making facilities and chargers everywhere are a bonus

The room was a little small and above the kitchen, so when the staff came in in the morning we could hear some of what they were doing. As we were already awake, it wasn't an issue for us.

What an amazing hotel. The staff was great, the room was comfortable, and the meals were amazing! Our breakfast was both delicious and plentiful, and dinner was great as well! Well-kept area around the hotel with hiking trails and beautiful scenery.

Room 01, where we stayed, is close to staff entrance and delivery parking. There was quite a noise since early morning, which was disturbing. The hotel was announced as wellness, yet there is only one room with wellness, which has to be booked in advance.

The view, the breakfast, the staff was nice. The room was clean.

The rooms are clean but a bit cramped for a family.  In the corridor there is an unpleasant smell from the restaurant's kitchen.  The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming while we checked in.  The breakfast was very poor, there were even missing serving utensils and the guy who served was not very welcoming.

The street to the hotel was awful. The receptionist was very strict.

We really liked the restaurant's food and the friendly restaurant staff. The location of the hotel, except for the street to the hotel, was excellent.

The road to the hotel is unpaved and not well maintained (or illuminated), so after dark it’s quite a feat to get out or to the structure. We got a souterrain room (I think it was the only one) with bars on the window and facing the trash collection area. The shower drain was clogged and a 2-minute shower turned into a completely wet floor with water reaching the door. Sound insulation was not great, so during the night as well as in the early morning we could hear everything happening outside.

The location was charming with beautiful sunsets - same applies to the building itself.

their reception desk activity time is until 19:00 only, but even taking into account such a uncommon feature, they do not read and answer your question via booking.com application. so could you imagine such a situation, when you booked room, at 18:30 send them message about your arrival at 22:30 and closed hotel door when you come… total unresponsibility!
