The room was a bit old and the bed made sounds when moving from one shoulder to another. Shower needed to be held in one hand when showering.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast also good.

Staff were helpful. Location was good - only 1 minute walk to the ski bus and bus takes only 5 minutes to get to the lifts. Food at the hotel was good but also close to other restaurants if needed.

Very good location, clean, super nice stuff. The check-in check-out process super fast. The breakfast was good and having a parking was a real nice bonus.

The parking is not big and there is a steep road leading to it - could be a problem during the winter if you don’t have winter tyres.

Close to ski bus stop. Room to place your sport equipment to. Parking behind the hotel. Tasty breakfast. Reasonable prices in the restaurant.

While some areas of the bathroom could benefit from a service or reconstruction, the slope leading to the parking lot was particularly troublesome. Due to the lack of gravel or plowing, it was practically unusable.

Got my room with window to the main street.Mornings were tough as the city would wake up with cars and mottos passing by, trucks for unloading merchandise. Seemed to be all under my window, next time i would ask for the other side.

The room looks smaller compared to what’s in the photo. Surprisingly the heater are still on despite the weather being hot.

Double price for cost of dog stay Although price in the hotel comments stated cost for a dog for a day was 150 CZK we were charged 300 CZK per dog per night. We communicated our unhappiness to the owner who didn’t care and charged us anyway. In the end price of our stay increased by 50%, NOT COOL!

The TV remote control was not working and the TV could have been bigger considering the room size but that was small issue

There is no cleaning service. Nobody changes the towels. No black-out curtains, so when the sun comes out, you can not sleep anymore. Shower - it was possible to shower in hot or cold water only. No other temperature adjustments possible. There is little or no sound isolation between the rooms and a hall, therefore you live together with all other guests. :-) Breakfast - this was just a terrible. The eggs - cheapest, ham - cheapest, cheese - cheapest, juice - cheepest. It is unfortunate these days, that the hotel does not provide at least standard quality breakfast. The price difference is not too big between low quality and standard food. One would expect a solid breakfast in the mountain hotel, which is family run.

The hotel offers parking, but it's a real tragedy. The parking spaces are extremely small and poorly located. If you have a larger car, you can't pull in properly or turn around. The service in the restaurant is disastrous. In the evening, we waited so long to be served that we had to leave. No one paid any attention to us. It was similar at breakfast. The smell from the gas heating lamps came into the window. If you stay there for more nights, it's really a problem. There are not enough sockets in the room. You don't even have anywhere to plug in a lamp.

Helpful hotel staff and a good breakfast included in the price of accommodation. The location for climbing Sněžka is really great. The room was clean.

The room required significant upgrades. The mattress was yellow-stained, extremely old, and badly sagging. Additionally, the sheets had holes, and the hair dryer was covered in a thick layer of dust.

The staff was excellent and very pleasant. The breakfast was simple but completely fine.

Perfect location, clean room, nice food in hotel restaurant. You can see if lift to Snezka is opened from the front property door.
