Lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom inadequate. In the peak of summer, it was really hot without A/C. Room door in serious need of attention: extremely squeaky and tricky to close and lock.

Reception staff outstandingly friendly and helpful. Location is really good.

At night the streets were noisy and we weren't able to get a proper sleep, but that's nothing the hotel can do much about... There are old wooden windows, which don't isolate soilund that well.

The room was in a good location, comfortable and offered everything we needed. The staff is really taking care of the comfort of the guests. We even had a present on the room.

It is next to a very loud street, maybe due to the hostel nearby. Earbuds to reduce the noise are provided

Although we requested to have a refrigerator installed in the room, they said they would do it but never did. Moreover, after that, they did not respond to us with any explanation. After 8 p.m., there was no staff present at the hotel. The key to the outer door was given to guests so that they could open and close it themselves and monitor entry and exit.

The hotel’s location is very good. It is possible to walk to almost anywhere in the city. There is a small elevator, which is very helpful especially on the first day when you arrive with your hands full of luggage. The room was clean and tidy. Everything needed to make tea, including a kettle, was available. There were enough power outlets.

The hotel is dated, the room in which I stayed was in average condition. Hard mattress, floor boards which were not flat to the floor and low water pressure. Also night time noise is amplified by the surrounding buildings. I appreciate this is due to its location and close proximity to many bars and pubs. The noise wasn't a big issue for me but if you are a light sleeper and have the windows open then you will struggle.

Location, location, location. It's in a great place from which to explore Prague. Plenty of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants minutes away. The breakfast served at the Motif restaurant/cafe was very good and the host was very friendly and welcoming.

Location is fantastic and the hotel looks like it's had a lot of renovation work done quite recently. For a cheap one night stay right in the centre of the city this place is fantastic. And the couple of staff members we spoke to were extremely helpful and accommodating.

While there was a fan in the room it would not cope if it was very warm weather. Could really do with air-conditioning. There isn't a 24 hour concierge from Monday- Thursday so there is no one in the middle of the night to ask returning guests to stop shouting and keep the noise down.

The hotel is in a relatively quiet location about 20 minutes walk from the old town. The metro station is about 5 minutes away. The Room was clean Staff were pleasant. There was a small gift in the room on arrival which was a nice touch.

The shower cabin is installed directly in the living room, so if its sink is making noises like in our case, you would have to listen to them during the whole night. The window in the room opens to the walls of the narrow internal courtyard, which is somewhat depressing althought saves you from the morning noise otherwise inevitable in this part of the city. The sound isolation of the room is very poor.

The hotel is located within the walking distance to the centre of Prague as well as the tram and metro lines. The rooms are clean, bed linnen fresh, and the interior leaves the impression of recent renovation. The staff is very friendly. The room is small but not caustrophobic. The price is reasonable. Considering the shortcomings listed below, it's a good price / qualtiy compromise for couple nights stay.

Waiting for check in for a long. I informed hotel that i arrive at hotel early and asked early check in. But waited for 6 hours. One staff said that there iş available room but needs cleaning, houskeepers wasn't there. Other staff said there iş no available room. I tolh her bother staff's word. The she said at 8 houskeepers'll start cleaning. At 8 housekeepers came. After 50 minutes playing with telephones they started cleaning and finally at 11 finished.
