Water was passing slowly through the shower drain, so perhaps that could be fixed, but it was not at all an issue.

The hotel was excellent in terms of the room and facilities, and great value for money. The room was spacious and carpeted with individual beds, and clean blankets and towels. My daughter particularly enjoyed using the carpeted floor to do her activities in the evening. The bathroom was clean and again very spacious. The staff was friendly and they had free treats (lemonade, cupcakes, and candies) for their guests. The hotel does not look inviting from the outside, and we were pleasantly surprised when we entered and felt the whole cozy vibe. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. I recommend 100%

Really enjoyed the stay in the hotel Arko. Our flight was cancelled during the night, and we were really happy that we could book the hotel and check in around midnight (self check in service). Even though the hotel is on the other side of Prague than the airport, the transport was really quick by bus and metro during the night. The location is great - only 5 mins from metro line C, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, McDonalds - all nearby. The rooms and bathroom are nice and cosy.

The fan was not available in our room, nevertheless when we asked reception they provided one ☺️ Wifi was a bit slow We did not get new towels / bed sheets for 2 days ☹️ I am not sure if i had to ask about it, but we were leaving early and getting back later, when reception personnel was not available any more, so this might be bcs of that, just ask them, i guess

Location is okay, takes 15 mins to get to center by metro line 3. Metro is like really close 🥰 Staff is friendly and helpful, they made our stay comfy. Breakfast was only available upon request, and was only 300ck per person, per day, that is quite normal price, food was also ok. We had huge bathroom and bedroom. Quite comfy beds and pillows 🛏️

Pretty much what you would expect from the place. Everything was according to the description, very clean and warm. Beside the uncomfortable pillows I can't complain about anything else. Location is very nice, super close to the metro.

I got what I expected. I came by car and I had a problem to find the entrance, so I parked my car on a payed carpark nearby, which was much more expensive.

Basic accommodation in the outskirts of Prague for a competitiv price, perfect for those who do not require luxury environment, but want to stay in a clean place at the same time. Underground station in a short walking distance.

Lots of steps to get up to the entrance. Not so big parking space but we managed.

Nice place, my third visit to this hotel. It is located very well, close to metro, shops and restaurants. Close to the fair. Good breakfast, and also good there is cold drinks available for purchase. Room is ok, and rather big. Room nr 7 has higher beds, wich is good for my father.

Shower door was a bit broken but nothing major.

Comfy and big rooms, nice and quick to respond staff, very close to the subway station, insanely good value for the money. Parking plots were available, locks were all in place and security seemed high. Looks better in person than on the photos!
