Not English Speaking TV entertainment in spite of having two tvs. News in English but movies in German and Czech only. You can rent an Apple box but in a suite you would expect at least one English speaking entertainment channel easily accessible.

Executive Suite was good size - we were upgraded from another suite. Very helpful staff, clean and special. Good sized bathroom. Nice walk-in wardrobe plus another by the kitchenette in the room vestibule

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Mark Hotel in Prague. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely nice and attentive, always making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. A special mention goes to Belal, the doorman, who was exceptionally pleasant and went out of his way to assist us in any way he could — his warm attitude truly made a difference. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The restaurant was also excellent — both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great variety and high quality of food. Overall, our experience at the Grand Mark Hotel was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

Portions of the hotel are showing age (wear in carpet, etc.) Our room had a combo shower/tub vs. walk in shower. I recommend you ask for a room with a walk in shower.

The entire staff was exceptional. Everyone from check-in to wait staff to housekeeping strives to ensure guests have a terrific experience. I would stay again. Rooms are large, we enjoyed a suit with a balcony view. Piano player in the courtyard is lovely!

Nothing we did not like about the hotel. All is perfect including location fir tourists.

This a truly 5-Star hotel where guests are really pampered. All the staff are really professional and accommodating. It is obvious that management is overseeing all little details . We enjoyed spending most of our tome in the beautiful garden. Bilal provided very good assistance to us.

Amazing restaurant, spectacular garden (complete with a family of peacocks!), helpful staff and beautiful facilities. We booked at the end of a long multi-city journey because we wanted an oasis at the end and it fully delivered.

Everything was great- the room, staff, location. Breakfast was great and served in the beutiful courtyard. The peacock family was real and birds were freely walking in the courtyard. Location was excellent- very close to the old city but easly accessible. Definitely will stay again.

Breakfasts were outstanding – delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. A real highlight of the day. And the hotel’s private garden with peacocks? Simply magical. A peaceful oasis right in the heart of Prague. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a quiet moment surrounded by nature. We can’t recommend this hotel enough – everything was beyond our expectations. We will definitely be returning!
