Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

DenmarkRoom was clean. We chose a bungalow room. The campsite was quite nice and clean. The common kitchen was quite helpful. The outdoor area was quite good too. A bit of a problem to get the luggage down the stairs as the campsite is below a motorway and there is no lift. Nearby grocery stores like Tesco. We stayed there as a base for hiking to pravcicka brana.

Nice to stay on the camping. Comfortable bed although it is a bunk bed. Very basic facilities in the bungalow but great to be able to sit outside.

Czech RepublicNoisy guests during the night, noisy trafic on the bridge just above the camp place. It may be better in caravan or cabin, not in the tent.
Clean and well maintained. Close to the center and train station. Good food and drink, nice staff. Clean bathroom and kitchen.

United KingdomIt did get cold at night and some condensation, however it is a campsite bungalow so to be expected, and they do supply a heater and extra covers in cupboard so no complaints- Just something to bear in mind.
Fantastic location for visiting Decin, short walk over the bridge to the train station and equal distance to the castle. The cabin we stayed in was great for two of us a couple of nights and had everything we needed: Fridge, cooking supplies, private toilet and shower. For the price it was really amazing!

United StatesDidn't receive check in instructions until after midnight during our stay and there was no one on site, but we called the number provided at the gate and staff was responsive. No key in the lockbox for our bungalow so we called again and staff came to locate the key for us.
Comfortable bed, good lighting, secure bike storage, basic kitchen amenities, nice shower. Good value.

GermanySome campers made loud noises after 10 pm. Watching movies and making live music until 12am. It was not easy for us who want to sleep. The campsite is under the highway. It is not so quiet at night for sleeping.
The location and the facilities. It is near to.the train station and supermarkets. The toilet, kitchen and bathroom are great and enough for all people. The Bistro is good . It opens till 10pm. The drinks and food price are reasonable. The accommodation is comfortable. The bed is comfortable to sleep on. The check in is convenient. With the price of accommodation, it is excellent! FC

ItalyToilets and Shower boxes have only 1 location, and since the camping is big, my tent was far from them in 2 locations of the camping could be an idea. And as other people already said, the camping is located under streets/bridges. Another thing, would be better to have a service 24/24h with the reception in order to avoid the noises of the other hosts during the night.
The camping Is well-equipped, cleaned, with a lot of facilities (bar, kitchen, showers, etc..) and the personnel also available. Check in and check out we're easy. The glamping tent is very big for one person, with 1 bed and 1 sofa. Amazing.

HungaryWe know about the location, that it is not central and it is under a highway bridge. But somehow it turned out to be noisier than though. The toilets and the bathrooms are in containers. Not really clean. The glamping tent was ok, however we had to set the bed, which was a bit unusual for me. The tent could have been a bit cleaner also ("walls").
Staff were very nice and helpful. We paid extra for breakfast which was ok for the price in a campground. The tent was a nice idea, also the bed was comfy. It was enough for the two of us. Might be too tight for more than 2.

Germanywhen the toilets and showers were being cleaned and they were closed, there were no instructions on what to use and where to go, when I asked, of course, I found out, but it was an extra minute, it could have been fatal because the toilet was far from us :)
The tent was comfortable, big enough, the beds were comfortable. everything was good for glamping and this price.

PolandShower. Need to keep buttons touched for water flow. And there are 2 different buttons for warm and cold water. Bugs in tent lobby under a carpet (woodlouse armadillo, not a big problem, but anywhay)
Very beautiful place, very cheap. Tents are big. Very romantic place, good for travelling alone and with family. I wiud like to visit it again with my family. There is a bar on a territory, it's a big advantage. I saw a bunny near my tent!

SpainThe tent had a slightly thik atmosphere (smell) upon entrance, nothing huge, but a bit unpleasent, it eased at night. It felt slightlhy humid. the location was also a bit unfortonate due to the highway right next to it.
The breakfast was basic, but enough to get some energy to continue the way, plus they have a other offers that you can pay to complement.1

AustraliaI arrived in the hottest part of the day and went to the bistro where I opened a fridge to get a cold drink. Using a credit card to pay I was directed by the machine to the possibility of leaving a tip! Perhaps the young lady was being helpful but any system where a customer is asked to tip is just offensive. Especially so when no service had been provided. The on line check in system was not user friendly. I was a solo traveller and found I had to duplicate the registration process, including uploading passport photo, for the “ second person”. Some better shade for the provided tents might have been useful. Otherwise it was a clean, well managed campground and I’ll return.
It was a good camp ground. It had good shower and toilet facilities and a communal kitchen. All were clean. It had a bistro and access was easy. The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean and well presented.

United KingdomThe site is closed certain hours of the day, but we were able to see a member of staff and store our luggage until check-in. The room is a shipping container, so very warm in middle of the day, but bed sheets and duvet were adequate for good sleep. It's about 15 min walk from Decin train station, and several hikes possible directly from the site.

United Kingdomunder a flyway, a bit like camping under a freeway. The cheaper rooms are just plywood sheds, so are the more expensive ones but they have a large glass door, are brighter and painted white inside. Cafe on site serves breakfast or just coffee, very convenient.
very friendly and helpful staff at reception, let us change rooms as the one allocated to us was as hot as an oven. New room much better. bright, very clean, new towels, sheets. great location on the Elbe cycle path and near old town
