Everything was perfect. The air-conditioning fan worked, room very clean, staff was kind and buses are near and opposite of the hotel. The breakfast was testy. The receptionist lend me a mosquito repellent. But I kept my window shut. I open them only in the morning. So no mosquitos in the room and no bed bugs too. The bed was very comfortable. Plus in breakfast area a have spotted bowling area and children playground. You can eat in side the restaurant or outside on the terrace. I have enjoyed my staying. Thank you everybody.

Breakfast! It's been our 4th stay in the hotel and the breakfast has seriously deteriorated - less choice, things constantly missing (plates, cutlery, etc.), empty spaces in the breakfast buffet, and food does not get refilled. Insufficient quantities given the number of guests in the hotel! Unfriendly kitchen/wait staff that work very inefficiently.

Very spacious, clean apartment. Very friendly receptionists and cleaning staff. Excellent location.

Safe was broken (management couldn't fix, but husband managed to repair). Some of the saucepans wouldn't work on the induction hob. Breakfast quite poor. Not a great selection. Bowls not available one morning. Took a while for food to be replenished.

Very large two bedroom apartment within the hotel. Large walk-in cupboard for clothes. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and living/dining area. Nice bathroom and plenty of clean towels provided throughout our six night stay. Very clean. Kitchen facilities were good. Great location opposite shopping centre with a good supermarket (very cheap!). Within walking distance of two very good restaurants Minipivovar (microbrewery) and Due Fratelli (Pizza). Excellent underground car park. Very clean, plenty of space and very secure.

Nothing. The hotel is superb.

Everything. The hotel is well located and has ample parking. The lady on reception spoke very good English and she was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge. The whole apartment was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. We did not have actually use the restaurant for breakfast or dinner as we were at the Autodrom Most for the most of the day.

Staff was amazing, again. Room was perfectly clean, bed comfortable. Only disturbing thing is a noise from the hall. You can hear everything. Otherwise it’s a perfect stay.

Breakfast was not that good compared to the same menu in other hotels of this level. Airconditioning in room was right above the bed which makes it very inconvenient when one wants to use it.

In my room, there was an air conditioner and a small magical fridge, that regenerates snacks and drinks every day 🤗 staff is lovely and available all the time. I had several options and im glad i chose Kapitol, because the location was a huge advantage. Its very clean and cosy also. Will stay again

Breakfast was horrible. Eveything was cold. There were sandwiches already made, fried and scrambled eggs which was cold, wasn't heated. Everything was out there not labeled at all. It was a guessing game of what you are eating. We asked staff what are those things but she could speak English. Also once something finished it doesn't get filled up. By the time we sit down to eat there were just few pieces of graphes, 1 piece of pastrie for example.We eat just 8ish, wonder what have left for people to eat till 10? Don't pay for breakfast unless if u want to eat cold eggs/sausages.

Room was huge, bathroom was clean. There were usual tea facilities. Staff was helful, mostly explaining how to get to the undergroung garage.

The bed was way too soft for our taste. It was difficult to find the place where you could have breakfast. Breakfast was okay. You can hear, in the room half of the night, other people play bowling.

Parking was super, staff was friendly, Breakfast was ok. Bathroom excellent.
