We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicWe stayed at Depandance and that is horrible for the price - with a small baby, third floor without elevator. Super small room not nicely decorated. We need to pay extra for the crib which was like from previous century. The Dependance is quite far away when you can not use any stairs with the stroller, so be aware of that. There is not really a place for small baby (less than 1 year), as the pool is deep, even the section for the babies and there is no playground suitable for smaller kids (the indoor playground is for big kids only) and the outdoor one is a joke. The pool itself was not so clean and quite crowded. There is not even one hour of the spa entrance in that horrendous price of the accommodation. It is really not worth it.

Booked last minute as a result of wrong gps directions but location was really nice with the forest and lake around. Room was spacious and clean with little balcony with a view over the pool and forest. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, got busy very quickly though.

Czech RepublicMy plan was to spend a nice and relaxed weekend in a wellderness center like it says. But instead everything was awkward. The facilities were far away from the room building ( long walk outside in the snow or cold weather) to do anything, eat, use the pool, the jacuzzi, gym etc.. Our room was on the 3rd floor. No elevator. Lots of steps to do even to go to the pool or room. The room was very small and only 1 small window on the side, weird feeling especially if you are in the mountains and you wanna have a nice view, but not the case. No coffee maker or water kettle ( 1st hotel I visit that doesn't have it).. The staff were not very nice only Andrew was the best helping me find the best way to leave the place because even when I had 2 nights reservation I only stayed one due to all the inconveniences. I am not disable but I am recovering from a very delicated health condition and as I said before all the conditions in this place were against enjoying the weekend. Long walks on the cold ❄️, the room was far, the facilities not appropriate, the staff not helpful ( only Andrew) . The staff never explained to us were was the gym or the breakfast schedule. I have to ask each question one by one . The steam room: not working. The jacuzzy ( only 1) super small only 3 or 4 people max. Could fit in there. I called to be picked up because it was snowing and my friend couldn't make it to the Hotel but they never understood me or sent the car. We walked in the snow with luggage to get there like 1 km. Overall . I will never recommend this place to anybody who wants to relax or have a weekend getaway... No worth it.

Czech RepublicAlthough there was decent choice for breakfast, most of it had no taste. So it was kinda...mehh. The pool in the hotel is only for 1 hour a day per quest. And as there are lot of elderly quests in the hotel, they do not keep with the hygiene standards and go from sauna straight to pool...unbelievable. The SPA itself is nice, but for such a room price you would expect the SPA to be included in the room price. We were also surprised that the SPA was completely swimwear free. Even jacuzzi and swimming pool you had to go in all naked. Not very sanitary.
Room was quiet and decent size. Bathroom OK. Dog friendly and only 250 czk per night for the dog. As for the location of the hotel, it is situated in a very beautiful area.

Sloveniai didn’t like the people in bar/restaurant one of the employees was the worst and she badmouth when i try to explain that she didn’t brought me food(at all), she thought i don’t understand her and she talked trash in my presence even that that was her mistake! that was the most terrible experience in a long time and especially for 4star hotel!
