Facilities weren t great, we asked about light bulbs being replaced as very little light in main bedroom and they said yes and never came to do it Also the term “flat” implies a kitchen when actually there is nothing other than a kettle, cups and a mini fridge so its two connected bedrooms with bathroom and a hallway with a table. Comfy enough but not a flat as such so we had to eat all 3x times a day

Would have been lovely to have a small kitchenette area but the mini fridge and kettle was provided in the main room was super helpful and convenient.

Spacious rooms and nice location walking distance to Charles Bridge. The property is located in a not so busy area so less traffic overall. Great coffee shops and restaurants within minutes and convenience store nearby.

Last year, we booked the same hotel, it was perfect, rooms were clean, modern and chic. Very spacious and comfortable. This year, we rebooked the same hotel, but we were really disappointed for the following reasons: 1- although a bigger apartment was provided, it was completely different than last year’s, not the same quality, very different aesthetics, not worth the value, it felt like two different hotels. 2- no enough utilities were provided. 3- some of the sheets and towels were stained and old. 4- not very clean, some areas were stained. 5- AC is not free of charge, and it was not working in the living room, and wasn’t working properly in two of the rooms (but they gave us for free because the staff couldn’t change our apartment). 6- quality and interior was not up to standard. 7- finally, staff was not welcoming, she didn’t even respond to us saying good morning the day we checked out, she just took the keys and went without a goodbye. Side note: parking is very narrow for bigger/long cars, not easy to park. Wish they maintained the quality and standards in all of the apartments.

Wardrobe rattled each time a tram passed which was a bit irritating. With just a bit more self catering kit - microwave and a few some basic kitchen wear this could easily be a ten. Fridge also froze some of our food!

Large spacious rooms, good bathroom and good access to city centre, rivers and trams whilst being in a relatively quiet area next to a nice park. Check in was easy and there was no problem leaving luggage after check in which we could access ourselves. Comfy beds and kettle and fridge provided.

Air con was extra cost so the apartments were pretty hot! And the hot water didn’t work in our showers the first night but that was rectified by staff on second night,

A/C was not included and I had booked A/C accommodation. Once we arrived we found out that to use it you had to pay an additional fee. I don't recall seeing that it was not included so please be aware of this as it gets very hot.

A small pentry would be nice. There was no hand soap nor any handles for towels in the toilet/bathroom.

Well, while the stay was comfortable, but, we would like the management to manage a few things better: 1) Consider cleaning the rooms daily or every other day 2) Investigate the smell in the lift and passage areas leading to the apartment 3) Put in a working light just outside the lift. Returning in the night with older guests was a problem and we had to resort to flashlights from our phones 4) Pls. fix the water flow in the washbasin in the large room. It is very frustrating that we have to wait many minutes for the washbasin to clear after every use.

The property is located very well in Central Prague and on 8-10m from the Charles River Bridge, a couple of mins from the Petrin hill. The rooms are large with 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The furniture is also comfortable. It is recessed inside, away from the road noise with a Starbucks (just outside) and many restaurants close by. Pls. do visit the Dosa Dosa (South Indian) Restaurant and Memory Restaurant (Asian fusion) which are both a few minutes from the property. In fact, we would recommend partnering with restaurants nearby to offer breakfast/lunch/dinner options/discounts etc.

Only two really small downsides - absolute nitpicking here! 1. The beds were all single and had a ridge around the outside - and so when the double was put together there was a ridge of wood down the middle. 2. A few more bits in the kitchen would have been useful - some more cups, dish sponge, tea towel etc.

Nice location on the edge of the busy part of town. Beautiful park behind, tram stop within minutes and bakeries/shops/cafes/restaurants on the door step. Adam was super helpful when our flight was diverted and was top at communication. Really spacious apartment and well kept.

Hot water kept running out during showers. Bath wouldn’t drain properly whilst showering so water filled up well above ankles. Pillows were very old and lumpy. Could’ve been cleaner. No safe.

The only slight criticism would be lack of cutlery/crockery/kitchen facilities. Had to wash the cups in the bathroom sink and purchase cutlery to make some rolls. This would not stop us returning, but would be a welcome addition. I appreciate there may be other apartments in the building that have these facilities.

Great location, 9 minute walk from Charles Bridge. Tram stop, supermarket, restaurants and bakery close by. Apartment 7 was a large 2 bed apartment with comfortable beds. Very quiet (or fantastic soundproofing - we didn't hear any noise from other guests). Excellent value for money. The man on reception was very friendly and helpful. Communication before arrival was also excellent.

The facilities were lacking; for a group of 6 people, there were only 4 cups and 2 teaspoons. No hairdryer was provided (it could be requested at the reception, but only during the hours of 9-17, when most guests are typically out exploring the city). Additionally, the shampoo provided was of low quality. Additionally check in after 17 costs 30 euros. Which is very high for such touristic city.

Location is perfect! 15 min away from Karlov Bridge. Near you can find a lot of restaurants Clean, white towels, big rooms

We understood there were three bedrooms and a living area space. The living room is actually a bedroom. As it was two nights, this was fine in the end.

The location was more convenient to where we needed to be and less chaotic than Praha 1. We were very pleased.
