The location is great. It is a very small town, so it was right with everything you need. There is a supermarket right under the apartment with a shopping mall. The parking arrangement was required and was perfectly handled. Clean, cosy, and very met our expectations for 5 person family.

An outdated an opening and closing time . A system upgrade is generally needed when the current system becomes outdated, slow or no longer meets the user's needs. For instance - chip card reader for a guest/visitor who needs to leave the building /car park area before 7am. Thank you.

I do not recall that the breakfast was included?! I have known the location very well -nice a quite location. Both the bedroom and living room in a particular space were spacious and offered plenty of room. A kitchenette - very handy and practical for making a breakfast. Closing and opening time of the "car park" it was a bit inconvenience for some tourist who needs to leave the building before 7am. The open gate system is a bit "outdated". Basic kitchen equipment was sparse. I had my own stuff (travelling for several days with the plan to cook in-house), but was still a bit unprepared.

The check-in process was seamless, even with a later time. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you might need, including a toaster, which was a nice touch. The location couldn't be better — right on the city square, surrounded by cozy cafes and beautiful historical buildings. I will definitely come back

As the apartments are located on 3rd floor in a building with shops, offices and underground car park, getting there may seem a bit complicated. However, signposts are in place and you just need to follow them.

Perfect location in town centre, clean and spacious room with everything included. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cannot think of anything that we didn’t like.

The location. The friendly staff. The apartment was well appointed with just about everything that is needed. The kitchenette has an induction hob,kettle,coffee machine,toaster,egg boiler and a microwave as well as a fridge with a small freezer compartment. Comfortable beds and furniture. We have stayed here many times over the years and would not consider staying anywhere else in Vrchlabi.

The matrace of the bed was quite worn (deep in the middle). It's a pity, because it is not a big investment to increase the comfort and satisfaction. I couldn't connect to the wifi with my laptop, but it worked with my cell phone. It was probably a issue on my side.

The lady at customer service has done an excellent job. She helped me in everything where she could. I haven't experienced such before. :) The apartment is in a nice quiet place. Garage is included in the price, which is also a big advantage in the town centre.

Located in the center of Vrchlabi, but it is really quiet, apartment is spacious and clean. It has little kitchen, but there are a lot of restaurants in neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised by host as we received New Year's Eve package (champagne, sweets and nuts). It was a very nice touch. We could bring a dog for a small fee per night.

Air con only in the bedroom. The living room was super hot, and we couldn't open the windows because it was too dangerous for three yo kids. The fridge was heating everything around, adding additional heat to the living room :-) There was a smell coming out of the bathroom. There were some minor maintenance jobs ongoing, so the Driller song woke me up at 9 am :-) Nothing serious!

The rooms were spacious and in good condition. We were in the family apartment. The bedroom was with air-con. The bathroom was clean and fully equipped. It was easy to shop (supermarket under the apartment). Clean corridors and a room for kids with many clean toys. The housekeeping team does a great job. The restaurant downstairs team is kind and professional. The menu is in English, and the prices are OK. The staff was friendly, smiled, and happy to help.

We missed a vacuum cleaner or something else to be able to clean the carpets ourselves. A second cooking plate would also have been nice but I'm being picky now.

The Hotel is very central, has easy access to a supermarket and lots of other shops as it's within a shopping mall. The town is very nice and well located within the region to access multiple good skiing locations (at least for kids as that what we came for). The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for the stay. The reception was always very helpful and nice.

The only downside is that the parking spots in the garage are on the narrower side, particularly those numbered 1-4 seem to be super narrow.

We've been coming there for many years. We love it each time. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and super clean. They offer great views of the park. Supermarket and restaurants downstairs are super comfortable. IT Centrum staff is always super kind and welcoming. The spot is in the very city center, has a vibe of small and historic mountain city and is also perfect to explore Spindl and other ski resorts nearby.

Location is superb, everything well accessible. You are in the total centre.

Cannot think of anything not to like about this property, having stayed there 6 times.

The location, near a local park. very near the bus stops to get out and about. The bed was comfortable and the small kitchen area was complete with all the crockery and cutlery needed. The staff when we saw them were very friendly. There was a boot drying room which was very useful as we had more wet days walking in the mountains than dry ones. There is a lift which goes down to the basement where a Billa supermarket is located. Ideal for fresh bread and baked goods for breakfast, as well as anything else that you may need.
