The lifts takes forever to get to you and when you get on it. There’s this funny sound it makes.

The staffs were really welcoming. It’s neat and the breakfast was so good. I will stay here when next I visit.

There was nowhere to safely store our bikes. We ended up putting them in our room which was a challenge. The room was super stuffy with the aircon on as low as it would go and the fan as high as it would go. With the window open there was quite a bit of street noise. Tram directly in front of the hotel. Okay so the pricing. It was ridiculous! €190 a night. €80 would have been acceptable even €100 for what they offer. Really get annoyed with dynamic pricing. Had no choice so sucked it up.

We didn't realize that there was a floral show happening upon our arrival into Olomouc. So in some ways we were grateful to even find a place as there were only three options left to us. Typical cookie cutter new hotel. Nothing special and very generic. There was a kettle, coffee and tea. One bottle of water. Location was okay, about a 15 minute walk into Olomouc town centre. On a positive note the front end staff were very pleasant. He even smiled when he charged me €4.50 for two espressos. Breakfast was actually excellent. Glad something was.

The beds are not comfortable - narrow and very firm. The bedding is pleasant, though.

The hotel is very clean, with a good location and friendly staff, and is a great value for the money. Breakfast is plentiful, and Renata is a wonderful, caring, and attentive server. The only negative is the firmness of the mattress, and the single beds are very narrow, which is a bit of a discomfort rather than comfort. I was hoping for a single larger bed as I was traveling solo. Despite that, I would return if I am in Olomouc again in the future.

The beds are quite hard and quite short - both me at 193 cm tall, and my wife at 180 complained about this - if you're shorter and/or you like a hard mattress - it'll be fine.

Very good, especially for the price. Has paid parking. The breakfast is nice and varied. It's quiet - there weren't any noisy neighbours in the hotel, no noise from the street either.

I had a room with two single beds, which were very narrow and hard. I can not imagine an adult man sleeping in one of those.

From a price as steep I would expect more amenities provided in the room. Something like small package of hygiene products as we know them from other companies. At least a minibar or fridge with cool beverage would be convenient in a hot summer.

A basic hotel on the outskirts of the city. Clean, calm, and nothing special. Just a hotel to spend a night when traveling through.

If you want to stay at room for example an hour longer you have to pay extra for it. I don't know if it is norm in Czechia but during my trips I faced situation like that the very first time.

The location of this facility and underground parking were the biggest advantages. Additionally we could leave our car in a parking lot for a few hours just after our checking out.

There are still some unrenovated rooms in the hotel so if you get that, it's really doesn't feel like it's worth the price (+ there is a parking fee).

A very good breakfast. The chef also made the various cakes him or herself. The hotel has a motto "where the basics are done brilliantly" and I completely agree with that. Plenty of parking at the hotel and a supermarket across the street. The hotel has a lobby with an ATM machine and a machine for soft drinks and refreshments. You can also order wine, beer or something else at the reception. The location was perfect. A 10-minute walk from the hospital and the historic beautiful center of Olomouce, with many restaurants. Leave your car in the hotel parking lot, because you can easily walk into the center via the beautiful Flora Park.

However, a level of luxury was missing considering the price. No lotion or essential hygiene packages in the room. The was no outlet for my straightening iron in the bathroom or outlets for charging phones which did not require adapter. My appliances are bought in the US.

Breakfast was really good, the room was not spacious but was clean and comfy. We had an option to make a tea or coffee and were given as well Mattoni for free. Whole place is trying to save some energy, so there was tips everywhere how to save the environment. Elevators were working and there is Penny nearby.
