Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThe message leading to our keys in our rooms was not as self-explanatory as I wished. Maybe you could mention that the keys will be in the hotel room not just room. I was searching for a room with open doors in ground floor while my keys were in my open hotel room in second floor haha.
I really liked the possibility of having a late entry. The rooms were very big. I had asked for a big bed and the staff fullfilled my wish. Very great service.

PolandThe recommendation for not using the lift during night hours was a bit problematic for me, considering the fact, that my room was on the top floor and my dog is too old to go up the stairs on his own. :) Also, one day when I came for a breakfast (still during breakfast hours), the staff was ironing something in the dining room and was rather surprised that I would like to eat. :) But besides everything was perfect.
The hotel is in a great location in Opava city centre, the rooms are well equiped and nice. Comfortable beds, TV, good WiFi connection, fridge in the room, clean bathroom. Very good breakfasts, discount for hotel guests for a lunch in the hotel restaurant. The staff was kind and I got a good price for a longer stay in the hotel. Also no problem for the people traveling with pets – dogs are allowed. :)

Czech RepublicThis was my 2nd stay at Iberia, but unlike my first stay which was quite pleasant, this time around it was less than ideal - not even average. I was put into an out building above some medical offices, not the main hotel. This made access an issue. Several keys, including one for the elevator were needed... Upon TRYING to check out the main hotel was locked and no one was available to open the property. There was no answer on the main telephone number, and when calling a secondary number the person was not very pleasant. Finally a cleaning lady came to the locked front door of the hotel to take my key. Oh, and all of this was in the (light) rain.

The nice receptionist was very friendly and helpful to us. We got a room that obviously had some issue with the sewage system and was smelling like rotten eggs. The receptionist helped us with a new room.
