The shower looked a bit dirty and distasteful, and it's tube was broken so the water was going everywhere.

The check-in and check-out process was extremely smooth, the location is great for the price.

You could hear absolutely everything from the room (and people is awake quite early 😆). There was no toilet paper/gel/shampoo.

It’s fair considering the price per night. You have your own room with a shared bathroom (2 complete bathrooms + one extra toilet for 5/6 rooms).

The shower in the room has no door. I would advise the owner to at least put some curtain so nobody will see you when taking the shower. Also the sink is blocked so we didn't really use the bathroom inside the room we used the outside one instead. What the most annoyed me is the automatic light at the corridor which goes on and off every second. So you can't even prepare the coffee as it's go off soooo fast, this needs to be changed, please!! Otherwise it is great place for short stay. I will definitely go back as its great value for money and the location is perfect!! Thank you

This is my second time staying here. Location is just great. It's about 15 minutes walk from Prague main train station and less than 10 minutes walk to Vaclavske Namesti (city centre). Our room was good sized with the shower (no toilet) facing main road (busy, noisy) but if you close the window it's fine.

Water was not draining when I took a bath in the shower. I had to unclog the drain from the shower inside the room. Cleanliness can be improved.

The location was excellent! The place is close to Namesti Miru metro station and tram stops. There are lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood such as Gemüse Corner Kebab, Lasagneria, and Ngô Restaurant. There's free coffee and biscuits that comes with the room. There's a mini fridge if you're buying stuff from a nearby supermarket or the mini market just below the apartment.

getting the key. we found the store where the key was to be collected from but the store worker didnt speak English & was very hard to communicate with. we then struggled to locate the actual apartment building which is a little walk away from the store, but couldn't ask for directions due to the language barrier. i think this process could be refined a little. the email prior to check in with instructions was good, maybe add in directions to the address also. also - the tram does go past fairly regularly so you will hear it through the night

location is excellent, easy to get to from transport & also close enough to main old town sites. bathroom is decent, rooms size decent, bed was comfortable. little kitchenette area if you want to bring supplies

Very small room, no place for your things, no hangers in the bathroom. The hairdryer didnt work. Cant imagine we would be three poeple (full capacity of the room) with luggage. Malfunctioning shower leaking all around

The neighbors upstairs were doing repairs for 2 days in a row and started drilling and knocking at 8am. It's impossible to rest!

The hotel is located near the metro, near the city center.

There was a misunderstanding with the check in. The person who was supposed to give me the key to the room was not present and not available on the phone. The hotel staff apologised for this inconvenience and the problem finally got solved, but the waiting outside to be able to check in, the nervous phonecalls, and having to change my order of plans because of someone's irresponsibility - all that was a drawback.

Great location, close to the main station, for a very good price. Many small shops with food and drinks nearby, with long opening hours.

check in experience is not pleasant. the lady at the counter was very rude and not helpful. walls are very thin and can even hear people snoring from other rooms

could improve on the pillows, blankets and the bedsheets, too old and does not look good. stuff in the room were not pleasant. The staff when collecting keys was not friendly at all. So disappointing with her behavior and body signal.

the bathroom was clean and adequate for a sharing concept. there is coffee and tea in the room, also biscuits. pantry was also clean.
