We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LatviaAfter booking the hotel, it was necessary to add one guest. This was kindly done, even at no extra charge. We arrived late, but they welcomed us kindly and showed us everything. Very kind service, beautiful and quiet place - a small valley, surrounded by forest. This is a small, new castle, but with its own charm. We got everything we needed. Clean and beautiful! Breakfast was great with excellent coffee. I definitely recommend this place as a place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and meet kind people. Hope to come back here again!

PolandThis hotel is one of the best place, where I was (You can feel like a Prince or Princess). This small casle look magnificent also has quaint vibe. Service is on the top level, rooms are big and clean (in medieval and modern style) The restaurant has short menu and really tasty dishes, personal the best is “Cezar Salad”. As a chess fan, I appreciate chess in room and the big one in garden. I really recommend.

LithuaniaWe booked last minute in winter. The booking was accepted, but when we arrived the hotel was empty and dark. We tried calling the phone, initially noone picked up, but someone called as back as we started to drive away and told us to wait. After waiting for staff to arrive, we were let into a cold room, which was 15 degrees and told we can heat it up by lighting up a fireplace. In two hours it was only 17. I dont think it's acceptable for this price and "5star„ hotel marketing. To be fair, the lady was nice, and the situation is managents fault. Don't book it in winter time

Hungary1) check-in : we arrived at around 14-15 pm, normal check-in time, but nobody was there, all doors were closed, we walked a bit from hotel and find some lady who then tried to make a check-in for us (she didn't speak English though); 2) the room was big but dark; no shower, just bathtube with unconvenient tap - there was a challenge for a family of 4 to take a shower in that bathtube; 3) they did not give us bath towels, when I asked on that, they gave us pool towels that did not absorb water well; so I needed to come to find that lady again and ask to give me normal bath towels. In the evening it appeared that they missed to put pillowcase for 2 out of 4 pillows, however that time nobody was in the hotel, so I could not seek any help, so we just used 2 pillows; 4) their restaurant was very poor, not tasty at all, they had 4-5 option of meals and they were either raw or deep fried , they have no food that can be good for children. That's why for dinner we went to restaurant in the closest town. 5) they had buffet for brekfast that was as poor as lunch in their restaurant. I would suggets them not to go with "buffet breakfast" if you have just 4 guests in the hotel. It's better to offer a-la carte, that would be cheaper for hotel and more quality for the guests
The idea was to spend a night in a hotel with an interesting consept (castle). In fact it appeared to be an uncomfortable stay because the concept is nice, but its practical implementation is far from being good.
