It was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great with vast options and choices. Dinner also was great buffet. Totally it was comfirtable and good for me, my family and my parents. Even had a chance for a quick using of wellness facility/swimming pool which was good as well.

I did not understand why we had to pay for water during the dinner. It was the only thing that was a little disappointing about the stay. I understand that other drinks should cost extra, but in my opinion water should be free.

Large variety of food, great coffee in the breakfast, my daughter really loved it when liška Eliška showed up to the dining room and was always looking forward to it. The animation program for the kids is amazing and my daughters absolutely loved the kid's club and all the activities that were available for them, huge kudos to kid's club team!

This was our second time in Orea hotel in Harrachov and we truly loved it here. We love that the hotel is family oriented up to the smaller details (kids robes, slippers and blankets with the fox prints are super cute) and we fully enjoyed our stay here, while our kid was fully entertained. The wellness area is great, playroom is wonderful and very exciting for our son, breakfast and dinner very tasty with big selection of foods and kids buffet, in the evening we enjoyed nice cocktails in the lobby bar. Last but not least the nature around is very beautiful. Bonus was that it was snowing during the entire stay, which made it very magical for us and contributed to the overall atmosphere in the winter mountains. Kudos to the polite staff, who were always very helpful and friendly to the guests! We will definitely come again to Harrachov and we would love to visit any of the other Orea locations.

Room for Improvement: The playroom could be more inviting and better maintained. Warmer water in the pool would make it more usable, especially for families with children. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel for a family trip.

We spent 3 days at OREA Resort Sklář Harrachov with family and friends, including two children (ages 8 and 5), and overall, it was a pleasant stay. Pros: Breakfast: Excellent with a wide variety of food options. Location: Beautiful views and only a 10-minute walk to the town center. Rooms: Clean, well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Amenities: The hotel features a playroom, which is a nice touch, though it could use some updating and better maintenance. There's also a small hill near the hotel for sledding if there's snow, and it seems you can rent sleds from the hotel if needed. Wellness & Spa: The hotel has a pool, but during our stay, the water was quite chilly, so we didn’t use it. There’s one jacuzzi (maximum capacity of 5 people) and a wellness area with steam and dry saunas. I tried the combo massage at the spa, which I recommend, though I found it a bit pricey. Children's Activities: During our stay, there were animations for kids, which were popular. These were mainly conducted in Czech, but the staff translated into English when needed.

The water in the swimming pool was colder than expected. It was supposed to be 27 degrees, but it was less. Not cold, but not quite 27 degrees.

The breakfast was awesome, the dinner too. Great restaurant, very polite staff. There was a bartender too, and the coffee wasn't bad at all! They also give you gifts if you have a birthday, and a small gift for each child when you leave.

The wellness area can get very crowded in the afternoon, but mornings were fine (weekends). Food selection is much better over weekends compared to weekdays (dinners), but I guess this is understandable.

In general, it is a good place for families with children. Things to do, easy to entertain the kids even in bad weather, also small touches such as greetings from the Fox, small presents, kids drinks and menu is very appreciated. The stuff, especially at the reception and in all restaurants/bar, are very nice and friendly.

The bathroom is quite old and the cleaning was so so in the bathroom.

It's a very children friendly place and great for family. Also, we enjoyed breakfast, and they prepared sandwiches to go out. It was great service.

As a demanding guest with high expectations I went for this hotel for one night in Harrachov and I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable and spacious with a nice TV and good temperature, breakfast options beyond expectations - you can also make your snack there for later as well which is nice! Clean and luxurious feel at the whole facility, wellness was great - no kids after 7PM are allowed there so that added to a nice, quiet and relaxing experience. Smooth check in and checkout. Thumbs up. Will be back!

We could not stay longer...

We came over for just one night with our 3 year old and the stay was absolutely amazing. There was plenty to do in the hotel, so when it started raining we just jumped in the pool and went to the playroom. The breakfast was really nice and buffet dinner was really convenient. Loved it! We hope to visit again.

Sauna was not good and showers were not clean. Too small to this size of the hotel. Everything elsi was great.

Very friendly staff, easy communication in English as well. Refreshed / refurbished public areas. Spa and fitness area is free of charge and highly appreciated. Great breakfast. Kids corner and playground available also for children, nicely equipped.

Moving the foosball from the lounge to the kids' playroom was the worst idea ever.

Great location for hiking. Breakfast is fantastic, love the idea of paper bags for leftovers.
