We were at the top floor with an upgraded rooms so we had to climb more than 4 floors with no elevator (around 70 steps) If you forgot something in the room we never got back to take it. The shower- for 177 cm tall the roof is very low so you must shower while sitting otherwise you can’t stand, very weird!!! Also no blinds on the windows you wake up very early.

Amazing location just in the heart of Česky Krumlov. Very convenient. Staff were very welcoming with good hospitality. Good breakfast very yummy 😋 Rooms were large in size na dwell equipped We also liked the shuttle from parking which was far from the hotel.

The bed was a little sagging. The room was 3rd floor with no elevator and though it was fine for us maybe it should be made clear for others.

One disadvantage is that the building doesn't have an elevator, but this is clearly stated on booking, so it was not a surprise. The room was totally worth the climbing!Another important point. The hot water pressure in the bathtub tap was extremely weak at 10 pm, probably due to the high floor and popular showering hour. At 8 pm it was much better, though 😊

It's one of the most cozy hotels we've been to. The room was on the 3rd floor, with wooden beams on the ceiling. A very spacious, air-conditioned room with a breathtaking view of the castle and the tower. The bathroom is spacious, the bathtub has a slope in the ceiling above it, which might be a bit problematic for tall people. The breakfast was amazingly varied and tasty, with a large seating terrace on the main square, which was a huge bonus. The hotel is situated in a renovated historical building on the main square. Late in the evening, beautiful music can be heard from the square if you open the windows. The hotel, especially the numerous lobbies and staircases are beautifully decorated with flowers and green plants in numerous pots.

The hotel receptionist was absolutely helpful upon our arrival. In the inner city of Cesky Krumlov, it is not easy to find a car park, but he diverted us to official parking and sent for us hotel taxi. Rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was very tasty, all kinds of food from English, Continental to American. Also, location directly on the main square of Old Town. Outstanding!

Hotel was on the main square and in a great location. Room and bathroom was good sized and quiet and bed was very comfortable. Included breakfast had many options to choose from. Note - there is no elevator in the main building to get to rooms on upper levels. Staff was efficient in moving luggage for us. Parking is available for with a reservation and a fee at an offsite location.

We are tall so the sloped ceiling was a challenge. They also have a unique way of arranging seating in the room and hallways.

Location is ideal for walking all around town, from the castle to the Hill of the Cross. We had a great view of the castle from our room on the top floor. Front desk staff is very helpful and gave us a ride to the bus stop.
