The hotel is definitely not barrier-free, there are about 4 steps at the entrance. Our room was also on a floor which was not reachable with an elevator from the lobby (you had to walk up two flights of stairs) which was okay, but difficult with a baby stroller, so maybe not great for families with small kids. Room was a bit older.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center, walking distance from most tourist spots. The room was really spacious, ideal for families. Check in and checkout were easy. Good value for money.

The blackout curtains did not work properly, which was frustrating given that the sun rises very early (around 5 a.m.). It affected our sleep. Additionally, while we were allowed to store our luggage after check-out, we were not permitted to use a bathroom when we returned to collect it, which felt unnecessarily rigid.

The best thing about this place is its central location — everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated being able to safely store our luggage for a few hours after check-out.

The bathroom was not matching majority of the other pictures, so it was a bit surprising. Another surprise was the fact that balcony haven’t had possibility to be locked while sharing window with another room, would recommend to look into key possibility

The rooms in B sections are very small, no view and bathrooms are very depressing as if you are in a hospital. If you have a heavy luggage you will have to take 4 sets of stairs before you get to the elevator. Cleaning staff had to be always asked to clean, bring tissues, vacuum, etc. And even when they cleaned only toilet paper and towels were changed, and trash was taken out. In almost 3 weeks bed sheets were changed twice, and bathroom floor was never cleaned. Hotel also doesn’t have a cafe or a restaurant so you have to go somewhere every day. The hotel has cafes/restaurants as partners and you get vouchers at the reception for 15% discount.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Right on the main street, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, springs, etc. Also receptionist Anastasia was super nice, very accommodating and helpful. When we arrived our room was in B section( there are two A&B) and since we were staying for 19 days we asked if it is possible to change the rooms that are a bit more comfortable, spacious and with the city view. Anastasia was able to contact the manager and for a very small additional fee we changed rooms to A section.

There is no parking, even though it`s mentioned among facilities. The nearest public parking is 3-5 mins drive up the hill, and it costs 20 euro per day. To get there you can take a funicular, but again you pay for it and also might have to wait for it.

We stayed in block A, it is really nicely renovated, very neat and pretty, especially I liked the design of lamps in the room, but everything overall was new, stylish, spacious, clean. Amazing view too (we booked a room with a view and it was worth it).
