We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustriaPillow is too soft, very uncomfortable.
Place is very good to stay. It is clean and staff is super friendly. Breakfast has many options, delicious coffee btw. You can park your car in front of the hotel and there is a ski slope right beside the hotel that is convenient.

NetherlandsStay was very good, no comments or improvements. Please be aware not to visit the medical center in Lipno as this is a private clinic run by crooks. Only in life threatening situations and if you have very deep pockets I would consider visiting this. The medical center was advised by the hotel staff out of sincerity and thoughtfulness, they were NOT aware of the fact that the clinic was run by crooks. Getting a prescription for painkillers costed over 500€ for a 10 minute consultation.
Nice location, good for discovering the Lipno lake, very clean and nice personnel, good food for good prices.

AustriaBreakfast was nice - the area to grab food was a bit small so could feel cramped if too many people getting food at once. Was often a line for the coffee machine. There is a fridge in the room which by default is unplugged, but just know that it makes quite a bit of noise when first turn it on!
A lovely hotel with spacious, nicely decorated rooms that feel homey but luxurious. Mattresses were very firm, pillows were very soft, which was fine for us. Right across from the lake, with access to trails and a short walk into the nearby town. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, restaurant had an AMAZING burger. Would definitely stay there again!

Czech Republicthe hotel has perfect location, there is one skiiing area nearby. the reception is so convenient and it took less than 3 minutes to check in. the view of the room is wonderful. we can see the lake with 360 degress from the window. the manager has agreed with our propose to start the breakfast 20 minutes earlier than planned, which made us sufficient time to enjoy the skiing lessons. thank you all the staffs of Leyla Hotel.

Absolutely perfect place for family with kids. Indoor playground in restaurant, two outdoor playgrounds, Lipno just walk by and many many activities around. Very kind and helpful staff
