Never stayed this far out before. It was well connected, however took a while on public transport to main tourist area. However I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN

The flair of this old-world hotel is something to experience. Make sure you visit the rooftop bar on the 14th floor, which boasts incredible Prague views and amazing mosaics. The staff was extremely attentive, especially Lev, who greeted us and was so welcoming, we immediately felt at home. The breakfast is to die for, rately I have seen such a variety and richness (there is a special corner for children with ice cream and a special corner with healthy options). The hotel has a very beatiful garden where you can also enjoy your breakfast and play chess (among other games)!

The room was a little noisy overseeing one of the main roads of Prague. Soundprrof glasses would add a lot to comfort. We arrived in the morning so check in was not possible until 15.00, which was inconvenient. The following day we also learned that we should have received a bonus card which could have been used for a number of museums and restaurants in the city to receive some discount, but we were not provided with one upon arrival.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Beds were very nice and provided comfort and good sleeping. I liked the breakfast which was at a standard level and the hotel offered fresh fruit too.

Not enough parking; though our room came with on-site parking, we had to search outside on the street for the spot - yes they paid for it, but it is not easy to search for parking in that area. If we had to search for parking, we would have stayed in core downtown. Our room AC was broken and it took 2 days to move elsewhere. During these two days, they sent us a free plate of fruit and a bottle of wine which was nice. Staff were acting differently at different time. Throughout the stay, they were okay and sometimes not helpful, but at check out, they became extra friendly and helpful offering free water, wine, and gifts in exchange for a positive feedback!

To get the parking one has to pre-book it cause there’s limited number of spots, although on the website it doesn’t say so.

Style, architecture, bar looks good, well thought breakfast. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Very good staff, helpful and welcoming. Parking is available.

We came to Prague for our wedding and booked a standard room, but to our surprise we were upgraded to a superb one on the 12th floor with an amazing view. On top of that, we found a lovely surprise in the room to celebrate our special day, which made our stay even more memorable. The breakfasts were delicious, the service was warm and attentive, and we would like to thank Maria for her kind help whenever we needed it, as well as the whole team for making us feel so welcome. It was truly a wonderful experience – thank you!

We liked the hotel very much. The room is big and modern. The stuff at the reception is very kind and speeks many languages. The hotel is placed at nice quite place with many green gardens and short distance from public transport. I also took tai massage at the hotel. The price was good and massagists were very professional. Best place to stay in Prague. I definitely advice.

Curtains could have some mechanism to not let any light in. TV in the room is dated.

The breakfast was very good and had a wide selection of food; the interior design is very well laid out with a person being hired to play live music every night which was very nice to listen to. Customer service of receptionists was lovely with Michal checking us in and out and providing us with directions to old town as well as discounts of future stays and a magnet.
