The room was a good size and nice and bright. Kitchen facilities were good and location is easy to access using the train.

Very good value for price. The location is excellent, very close to the train station (most buses also stop there) and a supermarket. The room was comfortably cool on warm summer days even without an A/C. The kitchen was really well equipped.

The reception is only open from 3pm, so it is not possible to leave the luggage prior to checking in so we can go around the town earlier. The beds were not quite comfortable and the bathroom should be cleaned better.

The location was really near the train station and bus stop. The receptionist was helpful in finding English-friendly guides. There was a promotion of free public transport in the city!

It was a very nice stay in Decin. Good hostel, good location. I was very satisfied with it. Good choice. Important thing for travelers: there is a project to support tourism in this area running from 1 Nov 2022 till May 2023. Here u can read about it. https://www.ceskesvycarsko.cz/cs/pomahej/bezplatna-doprava When I stayed in Děčín, this hostel didn't take part in the program. Maybe its changed now. Check it out. Anyway it is a nice place to stay ♥️

The sleeping quarters are not very big, but concerning the price that is totally fine!

Very clean, well-located and affordable place. Perfect for a one or two night stay on your way from or to Prague, or if you want to discover Decin. Staff is friendly, everything is clean and there is a kitchen with many utilities.

When I checked-in, one of the staff let me stay long outside without explaining the reason. That made me nervous. At least she should enter me inside the building first, then explain the situation so that I can wait without anxiety. Also, This accommodation did not even keep my baggage before check-in. Much inconvenient. Would not be called "hotel".

One of the staff who served breakfast was so much friendly and cheerful. She made a good atmosphere of the dining room.

There was no refrigerator in the room. It might be a basic amenity and we have had it in all the other accomodations so far. Parking there was a bit tricky. This might be temporary due to the road construction in the neighboring street but we had to leave our car farther away. For this reason, I stopped in front of a gate of the hotel to remove our bags and suitcases from the car before looking for a parking place. The very moment, the staff member on duty that time immediately appeared and rather rudely chased us away, not understanding that we are just unpacking (it would have lasted less than a minute). I never had such an experience as a client anywhere I think... So we unpacked far and dragged our stuff in 2 turns in the heavy rain. I don't think this is the way you treat your customers. Later it turned out that the hotel had their own parking lot but at such a price that "I might be able to afford but not willing to pay for" (it was almost empty, of course). On departure, we could find a good termporary packing spot (not for parking) under the main entrance. So it was just a bit of good will that was missing.

The room was clean and sufficiently comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location was not bad, the places with beautiful natural scenery could be reached easily by car.

It would be nice if we are able to leave our bags at the reception for a while after checkout.

The young man at the reception (I forgot to ask his name) is excellent! He went out of his ways to help us with the directions for the bus and even gave us a free daily bus pass to travel through the Bohemian Switzerland. He also gave us tips about the Bohemian Switzerland showing photos and explainingeach spot. We regret staying only one night in this city. This hotel is very close to the train/bus station. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipments are proper and functional, and people just awesome. I recommend with eyes closed.
