Hotel Horal pleasantly surprised us. Firstly, the service here is at an amazing level. I don't know what they've done here, but the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and will spend an extra minute or two of their time explaining everything to you and answering your questions, even engaging in a brief conversation with you. This applies to everyone across the hotel (reception, wellness, restaurant). It's a pity that this isn't the standard across the whole Czech Republic, at least in 4-star hotels. Furthermore, the food here is great; we had burgers, both fish dishes, soup, and everything was excellent. The rooms are not completely modern, but nicely clean and well-maintained, plus spacious, which I really appreciate! The same goes for the bathroom. Finally, the wellness facilities are unbelievable; everyone will find something for themselves. Truly top-notch facilities, everything well thought out. Simply put, complete satisfaction. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

DenmarkThe service in the restaurant. I kindly asked for a menucard in English, first I was ignored, afterwards I was told that they were busy at the moment. I had to go to the reception to have them go get me a menucard. Because of this experience we actually did not eat at the restaurant but went to the town instead. A bit disappointed with that experience for a hotel with 4 stars - but the reception was great and same was the service at the breakfast buffet ☺️ maybe you need more staff during lunch time so they are not so stressed
The receptionist was splended - such good service! Nice wellness and SPA area, value for money. Big clean room with good beds
