Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomquite remote 15-20 minutes drive to nearest town/shop. the light switch system was bonkers, sometimes worked other times not, never came across switches like them. no bedside light so couldn't read if partner was sleeping. although there were dishes to use there was no cutlery only a knife & for some bazaar reason chopsticks & a soup ladel!!! there was wash up liquid but no cloth/ sponge for washing up. said there was free toiletries but there wasn't. no information on anything came across WiFi by chance on reception desk.
we were room 7 looking over courtyard. very clean. spacious room with plenty of drawers & cupboard space if wanting to unpack. lovely bathroom nice shower. comfortable beds. full size under counter fridge & kitchenette area with kettle. plenty of sockets. plenty of parking space. close to lake. children's play area.

United Arab EmiratesWe were in very specific situation, exchanged 2 comfort rooms for what was supposed to be a studio with kitchen. We found ourselves 4 in a room for 3 and added bed and installed so called 'kitchen' on the office desk with actually no real kitchen, no table to eat on and actually not even enough space. No regular cleaning in the rooms and any demand on opening a shared space to be able to work in better conditions given that our desk was a kitchen, we have got, no, it is not possible to open it and use it. Very disappointed. Besides that - too expensive for the service you get.
Unexplored potential! Very nice building, with nice rooms. Great access to Nechranicka prehrada for water sports, fishing and good location to base for bicycling in the area.

HungaryDuring this two week i didn't met with the staff at all. Communication is poorly when you're a foreigner. Because of this, i was dealing everything thru email. When i had problem with the water heater device in the room i was not able to complain to anyone. I sent an email, next day a message thru booking.com that my device is broken and i doesn't even got any answer. The device was not replaced also.
Rooms were good and clean. Equiped with a small refrigerator and a water heater device for tea or caffee.
