Fantastic location above the fresh food market and just 100 metres from the old town square. The self-catering apartment was spacious, very comfortable and had everything we needed including kitchen and laundry facilities. Reception was very helpful and courteous

Only downside was the pressure was weak in the taps and shower. Also, it states online toiletries are included, however we only had hand soap in the apartment no shower gel or shampoo.

Just a couple things without too much importance in our case: the apartment is on the second floor, and there's no elevator, and the water pressure was very low, which made it difficult to have a shower with the right temperature.

Roomy, comfortable, bright and clean apartment in a perfect location. Although the windows look onto Havelska market, the apartment is very quiet. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out in the same hotel where you pick your keys (5 minutes away from the apartment). The hotel staff was very helpful.

Arrival issue with opening front door and unpleasant attitude from lady who called to help us open door who made it clear she was not happy to have had to call to help us. However this was a minor issue and not a reflection of the accommodation. Pavel was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would recommend.

There wasn’t much in the way of coffee and tea and no milk but we were too tired and it was too late to go searching for a market for supplies. The heating wasn’t really working and we froze the first night but my fiance found the system the next day and was able to sort it. The 2 flights of spiral stairs to the apartment were super challenging to get up with big heavy suitcases. If you have any physical limitations or disabilities, this place is not easily accessible. Also, finding the lock box location in the dark in a foreign country after a long flight, then driving to another location to the apartment was less than ideal. And having to navigate back to reception the next day to pay the city tax in cash was a pain. We also asked for an hour later check out as our car to the airport didn’t come until 11 and they agreed for 15 Euro in cash to be left on the table with the keys. In order to not have to find our way back to reception lugging big bags through the streets, that was what was necessary with my fiance downstairs holding the gate open so I didn’t get locked inside. I’m not a great system.

The location was excellent with many restaurants, cafes, shops and main attractions close by. The apartment was tidy and comfortable.

The apartment was convenient, well equipped and comfortable. Everything was easy and we had everything we needed. We had no difficult rules or constraints from the owners. It was all peaceful and relaxed. We also really appreciated the double windows, which kept out a lot of the usual Prague noise, and we experienced no noise from neighbours above or below us. The location was also fantastic, being situated right on Havelská market. This has been my all-time favourite Prague apartment, and we will definitely choose it again.

To enter the apartment you need to open a gate with a key and you also need the key to exit. Having only one set of keys means having to always go out and come back together or be picked up because you are locked in the house! The other problem was that a few hours before check-in they told us that the washing machine was broken and that they would bring a new one the next day. It was done... but it wasn't installed, so we were without a washing machine for our entire stay.

Bright, spacious apartment with all the facilities required. Contact with owners was first class pre and during stay. Ideal location as just 5 minutes walk to most tourist attractions. Great little bars and cafes on the same street.

No AC and both fans provided did not work. And please bear in mind that there’s no lift, so you have to carry your luggages up 2 floors which was super tiring if you have large luggages with you! Not suitable for elderly as well.

The location is great, right above Havel’s Market. Noises from the street did not disrupt us that bad. Just a few minutes away from famous landmarks like Old Town Square and Astronomical Clock. Near the metro station as well (Mustek).

The place is showing some age and needs an update, broken curtains, broken cupboards, ripped couch, mould in the shower which detracted from a roomy place that could have been outstanding.

Great location right in Old Town right next to the market and very quiet. Easy walking distance to all the sights.

under sink in bathroom was licked it was first disappointed and last was of customer service for checkout ,we had some issues misunderstood which was checkout at 10 am but we thought we deal for 13:30 so we weren’t ready for checkout and cleaner arrived around 11 was so surprised for us and after owner of property arrived so angry so rude talked to us was so disappointed for this attitude saw from people I wouldn’t go back this place is better talk to customer polite

The only thing I could say is check out is how I would say another person would have to be with you so one person can unlock the gate then go back to the property to leave the keys on the table then come back down otherwise you would be locked in the building completely

The property photos on booking.com looks exactly like how it is in person and was very clean and spacious.The building is also very secure with 2 other locked doors/gates before even getting on the stairs to the apartment but the best part about this stay was the location as it’s located right in the city centre and old town and only a few minute walk from attractions such as the astronomical clock and the Charles bridge. The check in and out was also very easy, the property also has every appliance needed for a stay plus extras such as a dishwasher.
