The attic room is not set to be dark. Light comes from early morning

Breakfast is great for this value of hotel. Beds are hard but were very suitable for us. Bathroom was huge. Elevator from hitler age very cute old style. We walked from bus station 20 mins to reach the hotel. It was a pleasant walk. Not complaining at all.

No hotel parking place although they claim it is available. No air-conditioning in the room so extremely hot in the room in the sunny summer day.

Hotel located in the old town in a building over 100 years old with a very old style elevator. Self check-in, reception open only in the morning, later contact by phone - if necessary. Possibility to reserve a parking lot which is located in the street at the back of the building. Quiet, peaceful and clean. Good breakfast. Room and bathroom spacious, beds comfortable (for me too big pillow)

Decor could have been way better, it is very outdated and it’s a pity for such a good location and spacious room. I had the sensation that it’s not very clean but this I think was due to everything being old.

Limited breakfast options for vegetarians. Parking spot too tight, ramp steep—not suitable for low clearance sedan.

Room was spacious with elegant decor, featuring chandeliers that add a luxurious feel and big windows offering stunning views of city center. Parking was convenient, staff friendly and courteous, and check-in was a breeze. Breakfast available too. Definitely a stay worth recommending!

Before checking in, 2-3 days before our stay I was notified , that hotel didn’t receive our payment even so I could see in my bank account that I did pay, unfortunately on hotel number written in Booking they didn’t want to speak with me on English, so I called to a number on there website, where friendly lady spoke with me English and tried to help me. The day before our stay the problem wasn’t solved yet, so I had to connect with booking customer help, shortly after they called hotel staff, they confirmed me, that everything is good and our reservation would not be cancelled.

Everything was clean, room was spacious very fancy looking, you can regulate hitting, so it’s not cold. Everything in the room worked, WiFi was also good. Breakfast was also quite nice, not too big, but I would call it standard breakfast with different bread, some bakery, different cheese and ham and salami, boiled eggs, beans, sausages, tea, coffee, cereals, juice. Location is just in the old city center, so it was perfect.

Despite leaving heating on maximum for the whole time, room was a little bit cold. Breakfast was ok, but could have more options.

Breakfast was poor and better come early because things run out. Not even enough eggs for people who came in at 0830.

Great price for a very large room at a great location and with private (paid) parking. Nice old building with beautiful antique elevator. Fridge in the room. Clear instructions on directions.

The hotel has contactless policy, you get the keys via mailbox and the access code via WhatsApp. Though some people can navigate well with this set-up, some people might have trouble. Also, the breakfast can be improved.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is situated within the charming historic old town of Karlovy Vary. The market and hot spring colonnade are just 3-5 mins walk. The room is big and clean. Heating is avalable.

Triple room bedroom had v squeaky and v thin matress. Didn't answer phone when trying to get bollards moved so could drive to hotel, had to walk some way from carpark with luggage. Didn't have correct lock box numbers for the room keys - all in all a bit of a fiasco at the start of our stay.

We had a room for 3 people, one single bed and one double bed. The single bed was making loud noises when you turn around on the bed so in the middle of the night it woke us up because of that since it is pretty loud. The breakfast was very disappointing…very limited choice of food in a super tiny room.. i wanted to have some müsli but when i put the bowl next to the müsli dispenser, a BUNCH of fruit flies came out of nowhere and shocked me. My breakfast was over from there… i understand it is included in the room rate, but if it’s like this then we would rather pay extra to have some better quality breakfast. After check out we went out and had “another” decent breakfast somewhere else.

The location is good, the view from out room was very good, the room itself is spacious and clean. It has a very European vintage style. The breakfast was included. We reserved a parking space when we booked the room, it costs 14€/300czk. When arriving, there was a small issue as our car would block all of the cars inside if we park it into the one and only space left. I called the hotel immediately and the hotel staff came to the parking lot to check personally and the problem was kinda “solved” quickly. We didn’t have to search for another parking place since this city is a nightmare when it comes to parking…

Parking is a bit of a hassle. The mattress was not very comfortable The room said “landmark view” but all that we saw outside the window was another building under renovation
