How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was great, clean and location top. Stuff very kind. Checking-in and Checking-out was super easy-to-do. All done through emails and codes. Very quiet location. All you need is there, clean kitchen and bedding. If you need more coffee, just ask for it, it will wait for you in the morning on the door handle. Thak you Sting :)

There is no heater in shower for towels.
It was really clean and nice, in kitchen was sugar, salt an all equipment to prepare the food. Apartments is not so spasios, but was comfortable for a family.

Smell of cigarette smoke in one apartment. The host provided a plug in air fresher once mentioned. No room service during our stay to top up towels, toilet rolls etc (in hindsight I should have gone to reception to request this). A little noisy outside but as it was the weekend this is to be expected.
Location was perfect for my needs. I booked two apartments which were very warm, had everything we needed. Many nice little touches of tea/coffee/salt/pepper, shampoo, vanity set, washing up liquid & sponge etc. Contactless check-in was great as we arrived at 3am in the morning and checked out at 4.30am on the morning of our departure. One apartment had a beautiful bathtub, plenty of hot water. Very clean bathrooms. Hot tub and fitness suite onsite but we didn't have time to use them and they needed to be reserved in advance.

Certain items were not well maintained. I.e. shower not working. Wallpaper peeling. Fan in bathroom did not work. We were switched to a better room and all was well. Thankful for the staff.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Modern rooms.

There is a small thing which could be improved, but which could really improve the comfort: a few hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes would be very helpful. You can check-in only by 20:00, sometimes it might be demanding. As for locking PIN codes are being used, maybe it would be possible just to send an instruction with the PIN? Then the issue would be solved.
Very nice location and nice planning of the apartment, it feels really cosy.

The wall paper coming walls, needs blackout curtains, the shower leaked bad and stunk terrible, coffee machine didn’t work. Batteries on front door went with no warning.
The bed was very comfortable.

Could be cleaner, also the jacuzzi was advertised as part of the stay however there was no jacuzzi there.

We were given an access code to the building and apartment but when we arrived (at 10 p.m reception was closed) and the code didn't work. We managed to attract the attention of another guest staying in the building who helped us. The reason the code didn't work is because we were not given the prefix letter to the code.
Location was great. Small self catering flat.

For the first sight, everything looks amazing. A closer look will reveal some things you might not like at all. Eg. Huge mildew in the shower corners. These were the worst.
Spacious apartment I could imagine to live in. Fixed appliances (cooker, big fridge, kettle), shower, towels, large double bed, bed-sit. Even a television. Suitable for a longer stay. Clean.

Shower cubicle was too small. Water was running hot and cold. I got scolded few times till to I figured out the point when water was changing temperature. Shower handle did not stay properly in its holder so I had to hold it at all times. Also door didn’t slide properly tight enough so water was escaping on to the floor while showering. There was a mould at base of the shower around edges. You could hear every conversation at the corridor and next room. It just wasn’t very relaxing.
Room was specious. Kitchenette was nice. Staff were friendly.
