Sadly we were not given any extra toilet paper during the whole five day stay and as we were in and out a lot so couldn't ask as there was no one on the reception permanently so had to get our own. There was no change of the sheets during the stay or towels either if that is what you are after as well as the sheets on the bed kept coming off exposing the mattress so this was getting a bit annoying.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfect and right in the centre of the town so easy to access and find. The room was a good size and the bed pretty comfortable. The bathroom was ok apart from the shower having nowhere to attach to so you had to hold it whilst showering. We would definitely go back as it was enough for us for the price, you get a breakfast as well so overall decent place to stay.

TV in room didn't work, Wi Fi didn't work although we were told there was free Wi Fi. We had to ask for towels in the room which didn't arrive until mid way through the second day. There was no permanent staff presence on site. When we arrived we had to wait for someone to come and open up.

Breakfast was just about OK. The member of staff we saw was pleasant and helpful.

Due to its age, the building and interior look untidy.

A solid choice for a short stay. The location is excellent, offering good value for the price. While the furnishings are a bit dated, the friendly and welcoming staff make up for it.

The room was very very big, and quite comfortable. The staff was so accomodating and lovely (She speaks at least 8 language - fluently!). The breakfast was quite good and overall my stay was great!

The hotel is totally dirty. Floors, carpets, walls, the bathroom, everything. The breakfast was very mediocre, which I would forgive if the rest was satisfactory, but it was not. The sink was unwashed, the shower had dirty stains in it, the radiator and toiled were not washed properly... The whole plece needs to be washed. The bedsheets were not the straight smooth white ones from the pictures, but scratchy ones.

The location is OK. The staff on the phone was very friendly and nice.

Old or broken beds and other facilities, non-comfortable pillows and mattresses , non-working television , staff is never participating in the hotel, only during breakfast or can be found by phone call only. Totally disappointing hotel with zero maintenance or basic investment.

I just couldn't get into this hotel. Although in the morning they answered by phone that there would be staff there from 13.00. Until 15.00 no one showed up. I lost a lot of time while I found another hotel. Terrible.

The TV (with Czech channels) didn't work. The shower needs to be repaired. Overall we liked our stay in Hotel Hana very much. Recommended!

Hotel Hana is located at the outer end of the spa area. Perhaps its heydays of luxury have faded a bit, but still one gets a lot for the money. The rooms are located at a quiet inside court where it is possible to park the car. The shower is OK but needs to be refurbished (water is spraying from the side). The staff is friendly. The breakfast features nescafe coffee of good quality, there are cornflakes, cheese, ham and a variety of bread kinds. Very closeby there is restaurant U Schwejk, which has excellent Czech food for low prices. We made an evening walk into the spa area. It is safe and exciting.

1. staff not available most time without speaking English; 2. nearly nothing helpful in room - TV doesn’t work ; no soap or tea/coffee even drinking water; 3. horrible breakfast sometimes nearly nothing hot and unfresh food we have to skip most of days as it’s just unbearable; 4. sauna or spa not in use ; 5 light in hall not working and creepy to come back in darkness 6. cash only to pay at property with high exchange rate I had to pay by withdraw cash with extra €50 from ATM more than bookings price - no point of booking here since not saving money

The only unpleasant issue was the lack of a small lamp in the room. So either you are in strong light if the main lamp or in darkness. But not sure if this was only our room or others as well.

Good location, and this hotel is really exceptional in price ratio, so for such a price you can hardly complain on anything. All went smoothly, the staff was friendly, bathroom is well equipped.
