Apartment has a lot of space to fit in our family (2+3). The location was great, close to the city center. No issues with parking.

Heating didn’t work in the big bedroom and it was so cold during the night. I informed the owner but they did nothing, didn’t fix and didn’t care. At least they had to bring more blankets if they could fix but they absolutely ignored the problem. Be mindful that if any problem with the room, it might not be resolved during your stay.

Bathroom certainly needs some attention

Clean and spacious room. Quiet area, at the same time within a walking distance from multiple dining places in the town centre. The private parking was a great addition.

The location was great... right in the middle of Teplice and within walking distance to restaurants and bars and the pretty old town, with its amazing architecture. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The coffee and tea station in the hallway was a nice touch.

WC together with a bathroom. I'd prefer to have it separate. But that's a minor thing in comparison with all other advantages.

We loved this hotel. Really spaceous room for 4 persons with all you need. Nice view from window on garden. Huge TV, The bed was gorgeous. It was also nice to have a fridge. Tee and koffee free of charge as much as you want.

Our bathroom could do with a renovation. We had a difficulty with the shower. Also the mattress was a bit wavy.

The villa is located in a spa area of Teplice, in walking distance to the centre, restaurants and the spa. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood and there is a private parking right at the building. There is no breakfast but there is a good tea and coffie machine on the corridor available. In the day of your arrival, you receive a code by sms to get into the building and the room.

There was a little confusion with check-in code to get to the building. Also, the facility used a strong scent, probably to mask some bad smell.

The location is great if you want to visit the spa in Teplice. We appreciated private parking, comfortable beds and well-functioning bathroom. There was also a possibility to make tea and coffee at the corridor.

The shower was not working so well. And extra pillows would be nice, the 2 were very soft. We were arriving after a long drive and we didn't understand so well the digital entrance from the room, but we found out.. maybe better communication for that.

The bed is very comfortable, the pillows not.. and we didn't find extra pillow. The room is big (with nice television) We came at night and left early in the morning.

The bathroom was not working properly (towel rack was half out from the wall, the shower was dirty and the sink in the shower was blocked, the lighting not sufficient). We did not manage to watch television, it required a registration. The towels and beddings do not make a clean impression. One lamp was not working. Very disappointing for 92 euro!

Very good location, possibility of private parking. The room was spacious and had a fridge.

The room had a smell, as if it had been used as a smoking room sometime before. For air conditioning there was only a ceiling fan in the room. I tried to open one of the windows, and it almost fell out of the frame. That's when staff come and managed to put it back, but I didn't dare to touch it again. It was a very stressful start. Well, it's a place that's called a spa, and it isn't - which I had known before the booking. It tells everything and I will stay away the next time.

The location was perfect, only a couple of minutes walk to the baths. We were sent the entrance codes the night before and it worked no problem. Coffee and tea was available in the house. When a problem occured, the staff reacted quickly. There was a small fridge in the room which was quite practical. The parking was easy, right in front of the house and we could leave the car there a couple hours after our check-out time.

There could be vbtter beds, beddings and towels. There was no place to leave our toiletries in the bathroom.

Fantastic location, good accesibility by car, free private parking. There is a free coffee and tea on the corridor.

This is the best villa I ever had

We stayed at the villa Lux for 7 nights. We did not have any contact with our hosts during that time. When we arrived nobody answered the provided phone number, we found that we got the entry code by application only with the help of another guest. One time during our stay, fresh towels appeared but no additional soap. The room was not in great condition. The curtains were falling off the rail, and even the fake plant pot was broken. the worst part by far was the bedding, the pillows were completely flat and the sheets were so old and pilling they were a torture to sleep on. So, we would not recommend this place at all.

The code to enter the building did not work the first day so we had to call someone to open the door for us. The bathroom was worn down and had no place to put a toiletry bag. The shower felt unstable.

The location is perfect, with private parking, in the vicinity of the spa, restaurants and cafés and the city center. Also the train station is at a walking distance. On the corridor, there is a possibility to make coffee and tea.

The bathroom was a bit weary, the shower did not work very well. When we tried to close the curtains, they fell from the rails. It was also not easy to close the window which we had to do because of a noise from partying neighbours. The beddings could be better, pillows are big and almost empty and the linnen could be ironed.

The location is fantastic if you want to visit the spa and the city centre. There are many restaurants and caffes in the walking distance. The accommodation has coffee / tea machine on the corridor. We also appreciated parking space in front or behind the villa.
