✨ The hotel operates at a high level of customer service—staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. 🧼 Cleanliness and tidiness were outstanding, making the stay very comfortable. 📍 Ideally located in a great spot of Prague’s Old Town, just walking distance from attractions, shops, restaurants, and pubs. 🥐 The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious—the perfect start to each day. 🎶 A unique highlight was attending the Mozart Dinner in the stunning Boccaccio Theatre & Ballroom, which made the stay feel even more special. 🍾 A highlight was my birthday surprise: a card and complimentary Prosecco in my room—a thoughtful touch that made the stay unforgettable. 💡 Overall, a wonderful hotel that blends comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!

Everything was fantastic! This hotel operates at a high level of customer service, no doubt about it. The staff, the rooms and the food were so enjoyable and pleasing. It really enhanced our visit to Prague. The hotel is centrally located in Old Town, and you can walk just about anywhere from it. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping are all minutes away, with a courteous hotel staff there to guide you. The rooms are very comfortable and the housekeeping staff kept them clean and well-maintained. The breakfast served was a very nice combination of hot & cold buffet style, as well as other ordered items off the menu. The staff do a great job seating and getting you your food and beaverage in a prompt manner. The airport transfer service is another great bonus! For a very reasonable charge, you are greeted at the airport, whisked off to the hotel, and provided a very professional, kind and courteous service by a great individual from the hotel. He will not disappoint! Overall, I would consider this a great choice for anyone visiting Prague. Thank you Grand Hotel Bohemia for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will return again!

The only downside was the service at the breakfast restaurant. The lady at the entrance was very unfriendly. Coffee quality was inconsistent – one day we received an excellent cappuccino, the next day it was poor. When we politely asked for a cappuccino like the day before, she responded rudely, saying they were too busy and had no time. Even when we offered to pay extra, she reacted unpleasantly, mumbling something angrily in Czech and walked away. Eventually we got the cappuccino, but her behavior was unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

Perfect location in the very heart of the old town, ideal for exploring the city. The hotel is tastefully decorated in a charming, classic style. Breakfast was excellent – varied and really delicious. Highly recommended!

In the early morning hours, the cleaning lady decided to enter the room while everyone was still sleeping.

The hotel's location is excellent. Pay attention to the little details. Make you feel like you are truly a welcome guest at the hotel.

This wasn't a big deal but the tv could have option to log into netflix or mirror your phone to watch something else than news channels.

The hotel was amazing. Beautifully decorated, great staff and perfect location. Breakfast was great, good selection, you could order eggs etc. from the chef and the staff worked well.

We stayed four nights. One morning we had excellent cappuccinos made “by hand”. The other days they appeared to have been made by a machine. Hand made is always best.

The hotel is beautiful. The room and especially the bed were comfortable. We kept somewhat unusual hours and our cleaning person worked discretely around that with a cheerful and professional manner. The breakfast was nice with excellent quality pastries and menu items to be ordered ala carte at no extra charge. The location is on a quiet street just minutes from the major tourist attractions.

Location very central. Staff was amazing and went above and beyond ti help. Breakfast has good spread, can also order off the menu with no extra charge. Room is spacious. Air con temp is easily adjustable and fairly quiet.
