The bed was too firm for my liking (I prefer a medium firm mattress).

The property was just beautiful! The restaurants and bars were truly gorgeous, the spa facilities were excellent, and the room was pristine. The staff throughout the hotel were always very helpful in any language, and the location was an easy walk throughout the town.

As many people mentioned, the SPA facilities are not the best. SPA area is very small. I can imagine it could be very crowded during pic season. Likewise there are stairs everywhere. you have to use stairs going to SPA or to the pool area. My mom is 80 years old and it felt dangerous. Only simple water is offered. I have visited many SPA sites and it was always cucumber/mint water on site along to green tea. It is something small to offer but can elevate the whole experience. I was also asking for a room in the Riverwing for this reason since the SPA is in the Riverwing. Unfortunately the hotel was not able to support since they insisted i had to contact the BOOKING.com. However there is no choice of room location when I have made reservation on the site. Booking.com suggested to contact the hotel. We chose this hotel to celebrate my mom’s 80 birthday so it would be better if the access to SPA would be more accessible.

The Spa area is rather small and not up to the hype for sure. Parking is extra paid and should be in room rate. Although some staff were great, others are not so great at all, the reception in the Casino side of the hotel when we arrived was not great, looking like they were giving us a favor of welcoming us. The price of this hotel for Karlovy Vary is rather high and having stayed in other five-star hotel nearby I have to say I was expecting further differentiation.

Is a very nice looking traditional hotel with big rooms. The breakfast is very good. Their restaurant Steak and Bone (outside the hotel but very close) is very good for steaks. The quality of some staff was outstanding.

Should be giving everyday water not just the day you arrive. I was surprised because we pay everyday like it is a new day. It is a water. The only thing we were not aware is that the Quisisana location is across the river. So we had to go through outside to the main building.

Amazing everything. The breakfast is extraordinary with the dinning room. See you next year.

Couple of things : - spa area - - breakfast - Aries hotel in Zakopane - they can teach you thing or two about breakfast 😂 - toilet seet in our room was from cheapest plastic on Vileroy & Boch - these two don't go together....

I really wanted to enjoy my visit to Cafe Pupp, but unfortunately there were lots of wasps around which made it uncomfortable. It was hard to relax and enjoy the food and atmosphere. I hope they can find a solution because the cafe itself has potential

Everything was great except that I didn't like that I was given the smallest room in the premier king revier view. When I asked to change i was given a bigger room but with park view. When i requested to go back to my older room, it was occupied! So I did'nt get my 100% expectation when I decised on this hotel.

The spa included in room rate was nothing special, quite small especially for a spa town.

The breakfast was absolutely exceptional in a stunning dining hall, excellent choices. Staff was extremely helpful in all aspects. Location is 10/10, parking at an extra fee is also well managed.

While the overall experience was excellent, the room could have been a little better soundproofed, as some noise was noticeable.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, with elegant historic architecture and beautifully decorated interiors. The spa facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Karlovy Vary, right by the river.
