It's quite old but well-maintained.

The location is super convenient when the tram stops in front of the door. They gave us a huge room with 3 beds and one kitchen. The facilities are good to use.

We were missing utilities to make coffee/tea, bed was a bit hard and we had separate shower and toilet - my dutch man 1,9m had very little space to fix his stuff there.

Historical place, revitalized 23 years ago - could use some update but for such an old place is well maintained and clean. Very comfy and big shower with steady temperature flow. Nice that there was airco in the room.

Pay attention that this is a historical building. A bit noisy from the street because the tram is just below the window

The pillow was old and not comfortable, no toiletries, unable to sleep with open because of noise outside but the windows are soundproof

The air conditioner is not working so I could not close the window and The sound of the tram was annoying Breakfast was poor It says there is auto parking , but when I arrived they said the space was full. I had to pay 16 € in the nearby parking hotel

There was only a bit of noise coming from the small fridge in the room at night.

The hotel is located in Zizkov which is very nice area of Prague. A lot of restaurants , bars , food shops around. It's like 30min walking to the center but the tram stop is just in front of the door , so you can go anywhere around the center or by the river in just 5-10 min. The hotel itself is very good ... nice and spacious room, 24 hours recepion , good breakfast also ... The staff was very polite and helpful. I will definitely be back next time I visit this Amazing city !

Nothing to complain about—I loved everything here! They even provide daily room cleaning, which is a big plus. Definitely a great place to stay in Prague!

The location is super convenient—just a 2-minute walk from the tram stop. I really loved the staff here! They spoke good English, were always smiling, and super helpful. And the breakfast? Amazing! The hot potato soup was delicious, and there were plenty of breakfast options to choose from.

The bed was a bit too hard for my taste. More variation for a vegetarian at breakfast, it is quite basic.

Nice place, next to tram stop, many places to eat in the neighborhood. Very clean and nice rooms. Good breakfast. Reception had currency exchange, drinks and even tram tickets.

The male receptionist working at the night shift should find another job immediately. I guess he doesn't know that the hotel sector is a service sector. I guess greeting the customer and smiling is also included in the price. I have rarely seen such a wall-like face. I don't pay much attention to details, but there was nothing in the rooms except for the classic towel and soap (liquid). Not a cotton bud, nothing else. There is a microwave oven in the room, but there is no cutlery or anything. Although the rooms are cleaned every day, the sheets got very dirty on the third day, but they were not changed (I had taken them off to be seen) they just put them back on. Even though it was a periodic price, it was not very cheap. Unfortunately, the price/balance ratio did not match.

The hotel reminds me of the 80s. However, the rooms are completely renovated and clean. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is very diverse and sufficient. The 2-3 women working at the reception were very polite and helpful.

The breakfast was ok but there was terrible piped music which I found annoying.

The room was surprisingly lovely. The reception staff were very helpful - I arrived early and very tired and they found me a room. There is a tram stop on the corner and the hotel sells the tickets and gives clear instructions.
