Big spiders in between bed nighstand and wall, looks like it was not cleaned for a while. On booking couldnt find a option to reserve parking so i had to par on the street nearby.

Only reason I did not give a 10 is some small corrections are needed: There was dust in the dressing and there is no safe in the room. The numeric display to enter your entrance code at the front door is poorly lit. Otherwise, great value for money!

The reasons I'm rating Giovanni Giacomo as excellent, are the value for money, the location and the staff. For the price you get a beautiful large room (mine was 13) with a great view on the huge villa's around the hotel. The bathroom is well-equipped, the bed is good, there is a desk with chair and power, a couch, table and two seats, a side table with coffee, tea and water boiler, a TV with internet browser. Ceilings are high and windows large, a rich feeling. The staff reserves your parking spot with a sign bearing your name, check in and out can be done as self-service and the staff is very helpful with the check out and invoice process. Breakfast is good. From the hotel you can make great walks through the best parts of town.

There was no light outside and we could not type in the code to enter the building. We had to call the reception lady who let us in.

Our room was very big, with a big and comfortable bathroom with plenty of space for our toiletries. The breakfast was fine, with sufficient choice. The personnel was very friendly and efficient. We made a use of a parking place in front of the hotel.

For 10 years the price level had remained the same. However, we now paid almost 30% more than exactly one year ago. That is too much, certainly for Teplice. So next time we will look for other possibilities in Teplice. The room is fine, but apart from a squeeze bottle of shampoo there is nothing. (no soaps, filled mini bar). A bit bare for the price.

We have been using this hptel since 2010 and come back regularly. One of the better hotels in Teplice. Clean, nicely decorated, good bed and breakfast as expected. Parking in the courtyard (extra charge).

We couldn't use the heating so the room was cold at times. We had to put on jackets like in a camp. Why are the owners so stingy and don't let you open the heating and be comfortable? I don't want to sleep in a sleeping bag in a 4 star hotel. Also, the IA check in is terrible. For these prices, there should be staff in the reception. Unless, I can vontrol the temperature in the room, I'll never stay here again. No phone in room. More like 2 stars.

I would put little more attention to cleaning procedures. It is a 4-star hotel so not only is it necessary to vacum the floor, clean the bathroom and change towels (which was at the very high level) but also clean the dust from shelves in the wardrobe, pictures on the wall and higher room elements. Also the TV works poorly as far as the quality of the signal is concerned.

Very comfortable hotel located in the center of the city. I've been to Teplice a few times already and this is the first hotel (in reasonable price) I'd consider coming again to. I liked the variety of the food served for breakfast. The internet connection was uninterruptable and with very good transfer quality.

The beds look like a box spring, but they are not. The mattress is simply placed on a wooden board. This means there is little suspension. So we slept pretty hard. But nevertheless I slept well.

The breakfast was fine. Enough choice for us. We were late, but there was still plenty to choose from. The hotel is quiet. We've been here before. The check in now takes place via an automatic machine. But we got there before 8:00 PM, so the receptionist did everything for us. Excellent service. We had booked a parking space. Upon arrival there was a sign indicating which spot had been reserved for us. Everything was neat and clean.
