Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandNot many fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast. Hotel rooms have not been refurbished since 20 years. The bed was very hard. The windows need regulation due to noise and cold air blowing. No coffee set in the room. The hotel restaurant was quite limited with traditional Česko meals but you get a discount as a hotel guest.
We were adored by the Wellness Centrum located in Gendorf Hotel - absolutely stunning time with private wellness: private room with jacuzzi, sauna and bottle of Prosecco and later full body massage. The breakfast was good, a lot to choose from various specialities. Very friendly and helpful staff. In total the hotel price ratio was good and we are happy. Hotel has a free car park a few minutes walk from the main building.

Czech RepublicThe bed was not very comfortable. The mattress was sagging. The pillows were large and uncomfortable. The faucet in the bathroom did not work well. Quite old furniture in the rooms.
What we liked most about this hotel was the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Excellent cuisine, delicious beer, excellent selection of teas. Friendly staff, clean, cozy, warm. The room is quite spacious. We parked for free in the hotel's backyard (two parking spaces). It is possible to park your car in the garage for an additional fee.

Czech Republicthe time of breakfast. It started 7:30 so it was difficult to be in Špindlerův mlýn at 8:30 when the ski lift starts. Not to say 7:30, when so called Fresh tracks skiing starts. I would expect breakfast at least during the weekend from 6 and maybe 6:30 during the week when there are not so many skiers
