Nice and cosy hotel with a bit of vintage style / vibe. We really liked it. Peace and quiet, comfy bed, good breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights, but we could easily spend there whole week.

Vrchlabi is a lovely small Czech town, great restaurants and culture; the hotel host was extremely nice, spoke Czech, German and perfect English as well as understood Polish. Extremely helpful and kind staff. Lovely fresh fruit for breakfast every day. A wonderful stay. Parking was secure, great sauna.

The only gripe (for the sake of kids) is relatively slow internet - signal was strong but poor bandwidth possibly upgrade to fibre and wifi-6 would help if available in the area.

The place is comfortable, squeaky clean and staff is very helpful and pleasant. Delicious breakfast.

The room was excellent It was large and bright. The washroom was spacious and very clean. Heated floor and towel rack. The breakfasts were delicious. So much variety. Everything was very fresh. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was a great stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It looks more like a traditional English hotel, which makes it even more appealing. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfasts are delicious and healthy. Maybe there are fewer ingredients than in a big commercial hotel, but still, this is more than enough. And They love dogs. They really do. We were offered a cozy dog bed for our dog, adorable dog bowls, and snacks - this was the first we experienced such hospitality. We will definitely come back here in the future.

The only thing we didn't like was the odd bathroom, where adults couldn't stand to shower due to the low ceiling. But that's all.

Great hotel, great value for money! We arrived at this small and cozy hotel for our final night in Czechia, and we adored it! The room was clean, the breakfast was fantastic, we enjoyed the self-check-in, and overall the atmosphere was very inviting.

Really nice hotel with great facilities and very friendly and supportive staff. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, probably the best I ever had in a hotel. Great is also possibility to use bicycles or scooters.

I didn’t like the unclean condition. After I send the massage to the hotel - the was no any answer. The is no answer till today. Because of this I left the property. And now they try to avoid the compensation for the staying, no answering. And they try to spoil my good reputation by putting the bad review to my google map account. This is very cruel and cunning people. Strongly not recommend anyone visit this place.
