We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SlovakiaIt is close to the football stadium, so there could be a noise from outside during games.
Breakfast was very delicious. Our kids loved it. Free parking next to the pension is a big advantage. It is close to the castle and city center.

CanadaThere needs to be a luggage table in the room. There was no place to put the bags. Also, the washroom needs more hooks or towel bars. Also there could be a bit more fresh fruit at breakfast.
It was right on the bike trail. The room was very large and very clean. The washroom was also large, bright and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

United StatesThere was no desk in the very small room that I had, but it was not a big problem. The breakfast was not available until 7:30. It would have been more convenient for me to have the breakfast room open at 7:00.
The location was very good for my meeting at the University of Pardubice - easy walking distance. I had dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

HungaryThis Pension is located on the side of river Elbe in Pardubice. We had a room looking directly at the river. It's about a five minute walk from the city centre, the main square. We were satisfied with the room, it seemed to be quite new and really clean. The staff was helpful and kind, we enjoyed the nice breakfast as well. If I visited Pardubice again, I would gladly choose this accomodation again.

UkraineWeird smell in the room. No way to turn off the main light if you're in bed. The only additional light was a small desk lamp which I had to put on the floor to be able to turn it off from the bed.
The room was fine and clean. The river view from the window was nice. I liked the breakfast - the coffee was good, several options of hot dish and some different options every day for the rest of breakfast.

PolandLet me start with service - unfriendly, not polite - at least lady who is 'manager'. Situation which I faced - I had left jacket in wardrobe, informing staff within same day by phone about situation - jacket never came back to me - despite calls, mails and visiting manger. What is most frustraiting - manager ignored me compleatly trying to avoid direct conversation. I had never experienced so bad service without any simple sorry. So, if you leave yoyr things, don't count that it will come back to you like it is standard in other hotels. I can understand different situations but can not accept such behaviour - especially person who manage accommodation and put excusses in front of her team to avoid face to face without any engagement to solve an issue.

RussiaBoiler was too weak, so it wasn't possible to fill the bathtub with hot water and we had to take a bath with a medium temperature water The breakfast was terrible: no choice at all, endless waiting and barely tasty micro size dishes. Total disappointment
