We were frustrated that we could not control the air conditioning temperature as our room was controlled by central air-conditioning and felt that the room was way too hot particularly during the night. We also found the beds uncomfortable as they were a little too firm for our liking. There was only a 2 hour per day limit for the rooftop pool which was included as part of the room Tarif and anything over that was charged at an additional cost. If you are a hotel guest, then the pool access should be unlimited. We were also disappointed that we were not able to access any massage facilities as they were all booked out for the duration of our 3 day stay.

Great location and very friendly staff. The pool and spas on the rooftop were amazing and had a great view. Food at the restaurant was also really nice. Breakfast had a great selection of options.

Disliked: The pillows were thin and worn out, and the air conditioner was quite loud — we couldn’t figure out how to turn it off, so we opened the window instead.

Spa / pool entrance is not included for Booking reservations. Some parking spots are extremely narrow & you need to pay for reservation to ensure a spot (recommended in busy periods)

The cost of the hotel is really high and that is premised on the fact that they have a wellness centre and pool. The problem is that even though you are staying in the hotel you do not have access to the pool included in your stay. For a 2 hour pass to the pool and wellness centre (and you cannot split that visit up, you have to stay for the 2 hours straight) it is 500kč extra. That is a really high cost on top of an already expensive hotel if you want to access the hotel facilities. I understand if not all wellness is included in the cost, but not even being able to use the hotel pool in the middle of summer is brutal.

Great location right in the city centre. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. The staff were very kind and let us use baggage storage prior to our check in so we didn’t have to walk around with our bags all day.

Our room was not completely finished with a renovation. No seating or table. Having a bathroom that is down several stairs within the room is not convenient and somewhat dangerous in the nighttime or after enjoying some local wine and beer. Parking should be a little more accessible for guests.

Extra charge for the swimming pool. At booking one is lead to believe the facility in price. After payment you get information that it's not. To make it worse the swimming pool is part of the wellness centre, so forget that you take your kid for swimming when you arrive. (after 2pm) Regarding "exceptional cleaning" when you walk barefooted in the room your feet will get black ;)

The building is quite complicated, little bit confucing on the beginning.

NIce hotel in the middle of Mikulov, very close to everything. It has its own parking. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic!!!!

Reception staff's attitude could be better, for example every time we passed we had to greet first to be noticed and so on. No particular bad experience, but definately something shall be improved and is expected from such a hotel.

It wasn’t quite clear (or not at all) from the property description that you have to pay extra to access the pool area. The extra charge for that is almost 1/2 of a night stay! (FYI access to wellness is free if you book directly through the hotel’s website). I was kinda disappointed by this as this was the primary reason to pick this hotel and not any other.

Restaurant staff wasn't in a good mood, had some empty tables, but told us to come back later, yet we waited and got our table in the end.

Room was cozy. Although the hotel is quite big it was pretty calm and silent. Breakfast was all you could have thought of for that kind of price.

No real issues; the service in the restaurant was a bit slow and inattentive but the food was delicious!

This is a great hotel in a marvellous location. We particularly loved the rooftop spa with 360 of the beautiful baroque town. We were stopping mid-journey to Vienna but would definitely like to come back for a relaxing stay and to discover the town in greater depth.
