i would suggest having some soap and shampoo in the shower there was nothing at all . but still really cool place , the lock box when i check out did not open with the code so spent half an hour to try various options and even tried to contact the property but that was a booking.com app issue.

location is awesome close to my work , would like it to be in summer to utilise all it has to offer , i would defiantly use this again .

The surrounding water is very dirty. We feel the smell of water inside. The heating boiler is located near bed so it was not very comfortable to sleep near noise

There are no shelves in the fridge, the insides of the duvet were sticking out of the covers (the zipper was non functioning on both duves), but those were minor things. The surroundings would probably look nicer in spring or summer.

- nice, clean, kids loved being on the boat, heating wasn't a problem even in middle of the winter, we even saw a kingfisher bird several times through the windows

Not as scenic a location as you might imagine - a bit industrial as it is located by a small boatyard. This may have contributed to some smells. Late at night it feels a bit isolated, but the nearby facilities help make it feel safe enough. Still - better not be alone and be smart. Communication beforehand was very good, but was very difficult with "Ivan" who is in charge of the extra optional facilities: sauna, nearby secure car park. He only speaks Czech with literally not a word of English or German. Yet we are expected to contact him by phone. Luckily we met him on arrival and after some initial confusion we arranged for parking, with more confusion when it was time to pay. Make sure you have a translator app handy. He is very friendly, but the language barrier is significant. A few extra plates would have been nice. 4 plates for 5 people.

Convenient location. Tram stop just a few minutes away (you can pay wirelessly on the tram), a big supermarket is also nearby and in the evenings the large beer hall nearby was fun, even if food options are limited it was a nice atmosphere for families with children also. The houseboat itself was in very good condition, has good heating options for the colder months and the bathroom was adequate considering it is a compact living space, shower was good. It is like a large caravan with two bedrooms. The seating upstairs on deck was appreciated, even if for this family of 5 the only way we could be seated together. Roomy, and equipped for 4, but we were comfortable as 5 (2 adults, 3 kids).

The boat itself and outsides felt a little run down and unclean. The place was covered in cobwebs so we barely used the rooftop with chairs which was disappointing. Bed isn’t exactly friendly for a couple. Couch is super uncomfortable with only the feeling of springs. Seems a little overpriced for what you get with wellness area at extra charge. Water and dock is a little dirty but can’t really be helped.

The wellness area is superb! The spa, cold bath, sauna and fire pit are so well done, really pretty with the fairy lights and privacy. Lighting your own fire for the spa is good fun with everything provided. Great communication with owners with easy check in (although can be hard to find). Great air con on the boat with big tv and Netflix. Kitchen had most things you would need (minus oil and a spatula).

Good location, close to public transport. Good privacy. Nice deck on top for lounging in the sun or having dinner outside. The flying Dutchman had everything we needed and fit our family of six without any major issues.

We checked in very late at night and were initially a bit unsure, but in the morning, we truly appreciated the place. It was so peaceful, with a terrace right on the water, and ducks came to visit us during breakfast. We really enjoyed staying on the boat – it had everything we needed. It might not be ideal for people who need a lot of space, but for the four of us with kids, it felt very cozy. The area is quiet, with easy tram access to the historic center, and there are places to eat, a park, and parking nearby. We were very happy with our stay, and the staff were always available via WhatsApp whenever we had questions. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

An amazing experience. The communication with the host was professional and swift. The houseboat itself was modern and practical yet cozy. But most importantly squeaky clean. The location feels quiet, clam and secluded even though it's close to the city centre. To be frank I could imagine spending the whole summer there. Truly an extraordinary experience for the price of a very ordinary hotel room in Prague.

The bathroom is quite small and we had some tall guys who didn't fit, but it's a boat so can not do too much to solve it.

We enjoyed that unordinary location, everyone should try at least once to stay on a boat instead of a hotel room. There is a big terrace at the top of the boat that is a really good location to get together with friends and talk.

I was genuinely happy.

It's was pretty cool, kinda secluded place (but still 50m from the nice local pub so beer was always fresh) where we had great time grilling, chilling, little music and simply good time with your friends. Boat is sufficiently furnished, with lots of places to rest. But for me, main attraction was the deck and attached port itself - with stylish sauna, cold water barrel, hot water pool, fireplace and grill. Cool getaway from busy city!

Lovely atypical accomodation, unqiue setting for a special experience, wonderful mix of indoor/outdoor. Didn't use the wellness area, but made good use of the bbq! :)

Great and authentic place to stay in Prague! Something that you can't experience too often, the boat was great and spacious for this kind of stay, sauna and hot/cold tub was an amazing bonus that we loved the most. Even though it's located really close to town, the place felt very private and quiet! We loved how everything was thought out so well and felt made for maximum comfort of the guests.
