Would be good to have a bottle of water in the room (it is 4 star hotel). Wardrobe is missing. May be it is old-fashioned, but for my generation it is practical thing.

Very good location 5 minutes by foot from historical center and still in quite area in the park. Very good restaurant. Very friendly personnel. Parking in front of the door free of charge. Rooms are very clean.

Amazing suite, fully equipped and incredibly comfortable, with new, upscale furniture. The staff has been helpful, kind and they made us feel 100% welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with many different options, from continental menu to English breakfast, with also fruits and home made honey and yogurt. Final note on the internal parking, included in the price, that was also perfect.

We really enjoyed the hotel’s great location close to the old town. The Family Suite accommodation was cozy and comfortable, with sturdy, genuine furniture that made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, and having free parking was a big plus. Excellent value for money — we would definitely love to return!

Close to the center of the beautiful town Olomouc, located in a green and quiet area this hotel is a perfect place to relax. We liked food in the hotel restaurant and the big parking. Very polite and helpful staff. Perfect for families.

We had a wonderful short stay at this hotel on our way back from vacation. Although we stayed only one night, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was especially impressive – rich, varied, and delicious. The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, where we went for dinner. A lovely green park is also nearby. Highly recommended!

Nothing - fantastic place to stay.

Easy check in, free parking, nice room with curtains thick curtains. Beds were comfortable and room had all we needed including an nice bathrrom with an excellent shower. The hotel is a 6 minute walk from The Old Town area, which was really nice. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choice and 2 great coffee machines.

It was not of great importance but the bathtub did not have handles or any kind of screening meaning that it was difficult for the elderly to get in and out of the bathtub and water splashed everywhere during showering. Additionally the angel of the air condition was placed directly at the corner where the chair and table was placed, turning the sitting space into a very chilly experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a short walk through the park and you are in the old town. After what we can gather, the rooms have been given a upgrade and has now an inviting, modern feel with a delicate bathroom and comfy beds. The breakfast was also very impressive with a large variety of dishes (which also changed between days). There is also a large parking in front and at the back of the hotel, which is a handy when arriving by car.

Hotel is very noisy. Don't expect peace there. Walls and floor are so thin that we been hearing neighbors phone ringing even only in a vibration. We spent 3 nights there, all 3 nights were quite noisy.

Good location, and very convenient restaurant in the hotel. Very good for families, as our two boys (11 and 13 yo) had separate room and separate beds.

The room was a little smaller than what I had expected. It wasn't small exactly, but you tend to expect slightly larger rooms in the smaller cities. Let me reiterate that the room was not cramped or uncomfortable. It is just that in my mind I was expecting a bit more space. But it was very well appointed.

1. We had a great view from our room. Lot of greenery, but the stunning part was the view in the evening of the St Michael's church at a distance, lit up and looking magical. 2. The hotel has excellent facilities. 3. Breakfast was great, with a large spread and comfortable seating. 4. Parking is free and on-site which was a major plus for me since I had a rented car 5. Laundry was super quick. Same day evening delivery. Housekeeping was regular and efficient. 6. Location was decent. The town square was a 12 mins walk away.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The room was clean and cozy, with a stunning view from the window. Breakfasts were tasty and the staff was very friendly. There’s a safe and a fridge in the room, which was very convenient.

The shower was very weak probably because we were on the ninth floor.
