I understand that parking places might be an issue on the street due to the hotel location (city center), however, I've paid 2 nights for a parking spot in the hotel's garage + city tax (nothing to do with it), the same amount of money as I paid for 1 room night.

The breakfast was fine, with many options to choose from. The only confusing thing for me was that each room was assigned to one specific table. So, please read the small papers to see if you find your room number there. If yes, you have to sit there.

It has a cafe on the 6th floor: roof cafe! Make sure you go there to see the surroundings and enjoy your sip.

No Hotel parking available, Breakfast Buffet very poor like in DDR, the Pool was actually in another hotel and enough for only 4 persons. The Stuff was another story, very rough especially with the children. The Playcorner was really a corner….

It would be better to have small fridge in room, it was also not warm enough, at some point we needed to ask for additional heating. Also a bit confusing with parking, but somehow we parked our car.

Nice location in city center, the room is equipped pretty good. Good swimming pool, it helped me to relax. Breakfast is avarage, but pretty good.

I was very pleased to get a good deal, which included evening meal and spa treatment. So this was excellent value. I was surprised to find that very little English was spoken; luckily I had enough German to get by.

Though the bedding is clean, it needs replacing. The duvet was worn away in places and had a couple of immutable stains on it. Apart than this though, I couldn't fault the hotel in any other respect.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet was robust and varied. Staff were kind and accommodating. Overall the service and facilities for the price were outstanding.

We arrived into Marianske Lazne quite late and Google did not locate the public transport and could not find a taxi either so we walked in pouring rain to get to the hotel at 19:50, 10 minutes before closing of restaurant. They kindly accommodated us in the circumstances and had a great meal to start. The breakfast has plenty of choice - I really do not recognise some of the critical descriptions. The room was absolutely fine. The pool indeed is small but you can still swim in it. We had drinks in the Panorama cafe on top floor, definitely recommend. The location is just perfect. We did the walks online we found taking you to the water springs just outside the town. We walked to the springs inside the town. The colonnades you can actually see 100m away from the hotel. The clientele is indeed mainly older with a minority of families but there is no reason why younger people should not choose here. I think the older clientele choose it for the great value half board many seemed to be on.

No hotel parking. Hotel is outdated, it is like a time capsule stuck in 80s. Nervous staff. Poor breakfast. Small shared pool with the hotel next door.

The hotel amnesties including the rooms,the swimming pool was a rip off,the breakfast was ridiculous,it was sooo limited that we had to go out and have breakfast. The rooms were really small for the price paid and the worse thing was the swimming pool.Kids couldn’t go as it was really tiny.The hotel was worn out.For the first time I felt disappointed at that stage that we all wanted to leave ,despite the fact that we had already paid for two rooms.

The furniture was not clean, the shower gel in the bathroom was empty, and the shower in the sauna was not cold. There was also no warning that the pool is located in another building.
